1 Corinthians 9:16
"For though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory of for necessity is laid upon me; yea, woe is unto me, if I preach not the gospel!"
Preaching the Gospel to them (Gospel Giants) was not something to attract attention, likeability, or become wealthy and famous but of necessity. They stayed faithful to their calling and counted it worthy to bear the reproach of Christ. They were in the world but not of the world. They lived for higher goals. Heavenly kingdom goals. Human accolades were not their pursuits but the crown of" Well done my good and faithful servant" from the master, Christ Jesus, who is the Gospel personified.
Today, the term gospel giant has been mistaken for individuals who travel from nation to nation, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars as they go, aimed at sponsoring their propaganda, egoistic projects, vanity fares, fantasies, and payoff their numerous sex partners and bloggers to cover their tracts.
When real gospel giants stormed cities and nations, hardened criminals known by all, prostitutes, gamblers and others etc., bowed at the feet of the cross seeking salvation. Backslidden ministers and churches got revived, and a feeling of God's visitation was in the city's atmosphere as people celebrated their freedom from sin and other bondages, etc.
Today, gospel campaigns have become podiums for hypnotism, manipulation and self-branding. 😭😭😭 Heaven is in shock as the pioneers of faith gaze with utmost bewilderment at what we have turned the Gospel into today.
The Gospel of the kingdom can accomplish in a day what political leaders, educators, and philanthropic organisations can't do in years. History bears record of the impact of the Gospel via the ministries of gospel giants like Charles Finney, D L Moody, Savanirola, The Jeffrey brothers, Reinhard Bonnke, Arch-Bishop Benson Idahosa, John Wesley, Lester Sumrall, T L Osbon, Osward J Smith, etc., etc.
Has the Gospel lost Its Power?
No, the Gospel is still the power of God for salvation. The problem is with today's vessels. We have turned the Gospel into Big Business, showmanship, and a way of gaining fame and other trivialities. Churches are everywhere, but the darkness seems to get darker. We preached for many reasons other than the sole aim of the Gospel, which is to align fallen humanity with God in relational order.
Is there hope?
A Big, Yes! That's the reason for the GFC 2023 World Congress, scheduled for the 16th-19th of August in Nairobi, Kenya, with the theme. The Repositioning of the church. We hope to reclaim the Gospel and inspire a new generation of Apostle Pauls to preach it because" necessity is laid on them" to preach and faithfully teach the Gospel of the kingdom."
Woe is me if I preach not the Gospel." Paul
So, help us, God!

Ro 9v6-8 , But is not that the word of God has taken no effect. For they are not all Israel who are of Israel .....
And let the peace of God rules in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body , and be thankful.
Col 3 v 15

We are looking forward to being there.
