One of the most powerful insights that changed my life and set me on course is the revelation of life not as a "fragment," but a "whole." To be effective as an individual or leader, you have to see and operate with the 'whole picture' and not just a "fragment." The most complicated people one could deal with in this life are those who don't see the "big picture," but a piece of "the whole." Leadership in the 21st-century is more about seeing the "big picture" and building an integrated capacity for holistic influence. "In the beginning was "the word," not "a word." You can't change much with "a word;" you need "the word."

There are people on earth who can't be fully understood nor stopped. These are men and women on a mission for their generation. They are fascinating individuals you can ever meet or relate with; nothing in the universe empowers like a sense of mission for one's epoch. If you are not on a positive mission for your generation, you might end up becoming an omission in your era. 

You are a mobile book with contents: your birth was just the preface. You were to live each chapter and to complete the entire book before you exit the earth. Don't live your life as a close book; you need spiritual alignment with your creator and relative mental, physical and social development to interpret every chapter of your life.
