You Are The Next Kingdom Leader The World Is Waiting For! Our Mission Is To Help You Get There!

Build "Yourself" First Before Building A House For Yourself.

Build "yourself" first before building a house for yourself. It isn't about the quality of a house, but the worth of the individual living in the house. Building a house does not add value to an individual; it is who an individual is that adds value to his/her house. I've been to the premise of the "White House” in Washington DC, and I realized; it isn't the most beautiful house in America, but what makes it significant? What makes people fascinated about visiting the White House? I always say, "An empty head is a heavy load to the neck." “THINK” before you “STINK AND SINK." Listen! It isn't in the "quality" of the house, but in the caliber of individuals who live in the house. I challenge you today; build yourself first before building a house for yourself. DrBenard Etta

GLORY TO GOD!

Rethinking Leadership!

How do we bridge the gap between the leader and the led? I see a pattern everywhere; it is a pattern of a privilege few lording over a "less privileged" mass of people. In fact, it seems more like an accepted universal rule that a few people are to exert perpetual influence, while the rest of humanity looks up to these few for succor. This is a grave error from the rulers! As a matter of fact, the aim of  true leadership is not to widen the gap between the leader and the led, but to narrow it; making it significantly nonexistent. That is to say, a leader is a failure if he/she fails to bring people to a place where they either become like the leader or better than the leader. Each time I watch photos of mass political rallies in Africa; something inside of me troubles me. When I look at the leader and the crowd, I see a picture that should be changed. Often, the leaders look gorgeous before miserable people who may never grow out of danger. How do we change this? How do we successfully bridge the gap between the leader and the led? Is it a possibility or impossibility? Continue reading for more insight! Dr.EttaI woke up at 3:00 am this morning not to do my own work, but to work on the book of one of my men-tees. I realize that, leadership is not all about motivating people to do the leader's work as many have turned it to be. Leadership is about serving the needs of others. As leaders, it's important for us to know that, those under us also have their own aspirations. The true character of one's leadership is tested by one's attitude and contribution towards the aspirations of those under one's leadership. We cease to be leaders when we assume that, people are there to work for us. True leaders don't lead people to themselves, but to their own destiny. Thus, whatever service people render under a leader; it should be considered as a process of developing their potential to become leaders in their own rights. True leaders don't raise followers; they raise leaders. A lion can't give birth to a goat! Dr. Benard Etta

  • "A Leader or the Leader"

There are three types of leaders living in every era.

1) Those who represent the past

2) Those who represent the present

3) Those who represent the future.

Those who represent the past, unfortunately are always against those who represent the present and the future. To be a broad-based leader, with the capacity to inspire people across the board (Past, present and future) you must be an embodiment of everything good about the past, present and future.

The scriptures say, "Jesus Christ is "the same" yesterday and today and forever." His relevance is constant and doesn't diminish with time. This is what true leadership is about.

Leaders who represent the past, with little or no insight about "present-day" demands, can't actually inspire the "present" generation. In fact, sometimes all they endeavor to do is to take the "present" emerging generation to their mindset, which actually is a murder of their destiny.

Leaders who represent the "present," with no knowledge of what the "past" had in store and what the "future" holds can't have depth. They usually inspire superficiality, and some are ethically and morally bankrupt. Most young leaders today fall in this category. I fear greatly because I see some of them as mere "accidents going somewhere to happen." I cry for them in my heart, and I pray the Lord opens their eyes to the danger ahead of them.

Leaders with insight about the future, but with no knowledge of the heritage of the past and what the present-day demands, would live in the dream world with nothing to offer the present generation.

Representing either the past, the present or the future, makes one "a leader," but operating with a blend of the past, present and the future, makes one "the leader." There is a difference between "a leader" and "the leader." If you are "a leader,” it is time to make progress to become "the leader."

Jesus Christ is not "a leader," but the leader; he is the alpha and omega of leadership. That is why, he has inspired more leaders than anyone in history and in con temporal times.

Our Passion is to raise Kingdom leaders via this platform, whose lives embodies the good of the past, the better of the present and the best of the future. Dr.Benard Etta

BIRTHING YOUR GOD’S GIVEN MINISTRY!

Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. M't:4:1:

Not everyone who preaches, operates in the word of knowledge, heals the sick, cast out demons, etc., has a ministry. I know this would surprise a lot of people because for too long, we have taken the above for ministry. The disciples preached, healed the sick and cast out demons even before Jesus died and resurrected to bring the New Testament into effect; these they did not as a ministry. These gifts can support us in ministry, but they are not qualifications for ministry.

Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.Lu: 9:1-2.

Every believer in Jesus Christ is called to preach the gospel, heal the sick and to cast out devils; doing the above should not be considered a qualification to start a church, or to launch an independent ministry. Such actions have produced the confusion we see in the body of Christ worldwide. This church age has produced the most confused generation of believers than any other generation; many are sitting under churches, and ministries where what they get each week tantamount to spiritual poison.

No gift or manifestation of power can build the church of Jesus Christ; the body of Christ does not grow on manifestation, but on the word of God. Power gifts are given to the church to enable us to reach the world and not to compete with one another for membership.

Ministry is much more sacred, deep and profound than what we have taken it to be. In fact, every genuine ministry is birth from the supernatural to the natural, and it takes a process orchestrated and guided by the Holy Spirit.

In our foundation scripture, Jesus was led up of the spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. Why? To birth His ministry!

Listen! The days for "anyhow" ministry is over; the days for establishing churches or ministries on gifts of the Spirit are over. Such churches and ministries are in their last days on earth. God is restoring his church by restoring the five-fold ministry and the true ministry of the saints. Stay connected for more insight on this subject! Dr.Benard Etta

Seven Reasons Why Some In Leadership Today Are Not Effective.

1) They invest very little in their development and the pursuit of their purpose.

2) They stepped out prematurely, when they were not really equipped.
3) They served under individuals who themselves were ineffective and thus, they inherited the same and continued a legacy of ineffectiveness.
4) They are ignoring the rules of the "game,"yet expecting better results.
5) They are simply looking for financial and material success and not genuine impact on lives,
6) They don't even know where they are going to since they have no real history of how they got their inspiration, but are opportunists, borrowing from what they see on television and around them.
7) They ignore those sent to their lives to help build them.

Can A Nation Be Born In One Day?

Yes! An entire nation can experience a rebirth, but it will take a generation of regenerated hearts and minds to inspire such transformation. It seems the faith for the transformation or rebirth of nations is all-time low in this era than in any other time in history. It is rare these days to find leaders who are thinking, believing and working with the vision of the rebirth of their nations at heart. In Christendom, for instance, the drive is mostly that of planting "mushroom" churches all over the place, which may never grow out of danger and sometimes constitute part of the problem in most nations due to a limited vision and egoistic tendencies on the part of some at the hem of leadership. God is interested in the transformation of nations and whole societies, not just the salvation of some few folks who constitute our church membership. It's time we get saved in our mentality and orientation to see the unprecedented opportunities in our time to see nations and societies transformed. DrBenard Etta

TRIBUTE TO DR.MYLES MUNROE

Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD, it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying, Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel. Jos 1:1-2.

God speaks every second, but we can only hear him with our hearts and not our heads. In this crucial moment, coupled with the happenings of the hour, it is vital for us as God's people to hear what the Lord is saying to the church. Dr. Myles Munroe's transition to glory, just like that of Moses as recorded in our scriptural text, is an event that signifies a major shift in the body of Christ.

Dr. Myles Munroe represented the transition of the 20th century church into the 21st century, just as Moses represented the transition of Israel ( God's Old Testament church) from Egypt to the promised land. Most transitional leaders are like a catalyst; they ignite the fire, and pass on the baton to the next generation to complete the assignment.

Dr. Myles Munroe was far ahead of his time. His thoughts and insight on the message of the kingdom, purpose, leadership and the global direction the church should take in the 21st century was a step ahead of the thoughts and understanding of most of his contemporaries. It was so because he was an apostolic leader sent to prepare the 20th century church for the 21st century.

Just as Moses led the transition of Israel from Egypt into the wilderness en route to the promised land, for over three decades of ministry, Dr. Myles Munroe has been running with the passion, vision and wisdom to facilitate a shift in the body of Christ, from the understanding of the 20th century into that of the 21st century. Now that he is gone, what is next?

Listen! God is giving charge to the next generation of leaders ( Joshua's Generation) just as he gave charge to Joshua after the death of Moses to take the People of Israel across Jordan into the Land he promised them. The baton of leadership has been passed to a new generation of leaders to move the church from the transitory point the church is presently into the promise of the 21st century( The emergence of the glorious church).

The next ten years (2015-2025) prophetically are termed the "Jordan Crossing." Remember, the next move of God has begun, but not everyone present in the church today will be part of it. It is not what we are used to, it is a new phenomenon. Only the prepared, and those connected to the heart of God, just like Joshua was connected to Moses will make it into the next phase. There is so much to say, stay connected for progressive insight. Shalom!
