Lord, help me teach!
There were in the same region, city, and country with others, you can add to the list, but they chose to do what others didn't do. They were ahead in their thinking and approach. That's leadership at its finest! Doing what others don't think of doing. Pace-setting, road-making, and groundbreaking are but a few of those traits true leaders exemplify.
Shepherds, abiding in the field! Lord, help me!

They were not abiding in their comfortable boats and partying all night. They were abiding in the field. What Kind of Leader Are You?
Leadership is not entertainment, it isn't show-biz, neither is it a privilege for comfort and convenience, but a call of duty.
I only realized we were already in the festive week because of the numerous greetings cards I was receiving in my inbox. I was already past 2020.
What were the Shepherds doing in the field?
"Keeping watch over their flock."
-Keeping watch over the city, nation, and why not the world.
When? By night
Did you get that? At the time when most people were sleeping and others partying all night, these Shepherds were doing what leaders do. Guess what! They received an Angelic Guest with a message about the birth of the Saviour to take place in their city.
Do you see why some leaders have deep and profound revelations, and others don't? It is about proper mental and spiritual positioning.
Why didn't the angel take his message to others in the city, but to those Shepherds? The reason is apparent! The great Shepherd was to be born, and God chose Shepherds, who were on duty to disclose the news to them.
We are a few days to the New Year, where is your heart?
Do you think what preoccupies Christ at this time is the expectation and excitement of the celebration of his birthday? I dey laugh!
Isn't it suspicious that a world that rejects Christ is crazy about celebrating his birth? Who profits more from our so-called "Christmas Celebrations?" I thought you knew! It isn't the kingdom of God, but the big business empires. So much money gets into their coffers during this period. That's the reason for all the promotion about Christmas. Don't be fooled!
The world doesn't love Christ; they don't even want his name mentioned in several public squares, but they celebrate his birth because of the financial profits involved.
I am not against the celebration of Christmas. However, for such a time as this, true leaders carry out deliberations on best strategies to actualize the purpose of Christ's birth in a world drifting so fast into the abyss of destruction. Not baseless and extravagant meaningless celebrations, which only plays into the hands of the world's anti-Christ elites who profit from our foolishness.
"Shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night." Needed, Needed, Needed, right-thinking leaders. May the Lord help us!

(He must increase, but I must decrease) John 3:30
"He must increase, but I must decrease," is a kingdom principle for those who understand God's operative dynamics. There are times we are supposed to ly low for others to take the lead because we know that God has scheduled them for that season.
John the Baptist could have resisted the coming of Jesus on the stage of the hour to remain in the spotlight. But he knew that kingdom work isn't about being in the spotlight but getting out of the way to allow whom God has given the mandate for the next phase of work to lead the way forward.
If we understood this, some churches could have closed their doors the moment other ministers and ministries with greater kingdom mandate came to the city. Some ministers could have offered their TV time to those God has given the torchlight instead of trying to carry out an activity, which can't make the needed impact.
We can't win this world no matter what we are busy doing unless we all learn the principle of "He must increase, but I must decrease."
There are some programs God ordains to give his church the marching orders for a particular era. When such meetings are in place, all other regular programs are supposed to be rescheduled to accommodate it. Unfortunately, some churches organize meetings, which usually ends with the same results to prevent their members from being part of the next thing God is doing.
Those of us who are leaders may be the ones holding back the visitation of heaven because of our greed and a lack of spiritual discernment. Judgment day is coming; we will all give account to God.
You want to buy this and that, and do this and that, do you need to? Some individuals may need what you intend to spend to achieve enormous victories for the kingdom, identify them, and give what you have.
Philip led a revival in Samaria, but when Peter and John, who were Pillars, arrived the scene, and God took him elsewhere. How many leaders today can move to another city to give room to others. The church in some quarters is behaving like soccer players who don't want to pass the ball to the player capable of scoring and ended up losing the march. We are losing big in most nations because of the above stupidity. May God save the church from herself. The understanding of "He must increase, but I must decrease" principle, can bring order to the body of Christ worldwide, leading to great victories for the kingdom of God on earth. May God have mercy on us; we seem to be too far from this understanding.
It Has To Be "Me" Mentality!
If we have the above mentality, grasping this simple kingdom truth would be difficult. It has to be my church, my ministry." My, my, my! Self, self, self, may God have mercy on us!

When you are on the Lord's side, it is then you can identify those on the same side. Today, we seem to believe that everyone who attends church, especially if he/she is a Church minister, they are on the Lord's side. Laughable! The Lord's side doesn't have an open border policy. You have to be after what God is after to be on his side. So, the question is, what is God after? We can be busy like Martha trying to serve Jesus but living millions of miles away from what bothers his heart. We can be busy traveling the world presuming to be advancing the kingdom when actually we are advancing ourselves if we don't have a revelation of what God's burning passion and agenda are about.
When we talk about the unity of the body of Christ, we are often thinking of everyone who professes the religion of Christianity or serves as clergy, but heaven is concern about those on the Lord's side. The unity of those on the Lord's side is carried out by the Holy Spirit while manmade religious unity is mechanical with hidden agendas attached. We don't have much time to waste in people's activities masqueraded as God's. There is no time to give life to a system of religion, which stands as an impediment to what God is doing. Who is on the Lord's side? The answer is, find out what the Lord's side is and then you will know those on it.
We have two church movements in the world; the harlot and the glorious church. The harlot church is for everybody, but the glorious church is for the remnant who are walking with the master wherever He leads. Rev 14:4-5. The harlot church has no standards; falsehood and compromise reign supreme. Members of the harlot church still carry the Bible, preach, organize church events, but it is all for their ends.
The glorious church is made up of those who have separated themselves from the worldliness of the world and the lust of the flesh, walking daily with the master Christ, with the sole aim of becoming like Him and serving his ultimate interest on earth. Those are the remnant on the Lord's side. They can't flow in the harlot church because that is not their environment. Where do you belong?

We often talk about Christ feeding 5000 men with five loaves and two fish, but we forget the little Lad who gave the provision (Read the full account here-John 6:5-13). The little Lad is the Unsung hero in the story; no one mentioned his name, but the good news is that God knows him. That's what makes all the difference! God is still in the business of rewarding those who do their good deeds in secret. Matt 6:3-4.
Every great vision needs Unsung Heroes, but unfortunately, most people don't want such a role anymore. Instead of giving their five loaves and a few fish, they prefer being the preachers with their ministries and churches even though God hasn't assigned them.
We have many "little Lads" today parading themselves as BISHOP, APOSTLE, PROPHET, and others because they want their faces on Billboards and banners. Five loaves and a few fish in the hands of a Lad doesn't change him into an adult. It takes more than that to lead God's people.
The key to the miracle of feeding 5000 men was the partnership between Christ, who represents kingdom leadership and the little Lad who represents kingdom partnership. It is important to note that the little Lad didn't give because Jesus needed his provision for Himself but to feed the multitude. Beloved, it doesn't matter the new age teachings aimed at turning people against the old tradition of giving to support the advancement of the kingdom, the narrow path is still the same for those who choose it.
Though we are aware of charlatans masquerading as preachers who prefer to use the five loaves and a few fish for themselves, some genuine men and women want to feed the multitude with the word and need partners. We shouldn't allow a few rotten eggs to push us to throw all our eggs away.
We can't reach the hungry multitudes in the valley of Decision unless we bring back authentic kingdom leadership and partnership. Kingdom leaders are not obsessed about buying latest cars and others; their hearts are yearning to feed the multitudes, while real partners are not looking for a position or their faces on a flyer or banner, they just want to be a part of what God is doing. When we get it right, we will take over cities and nations for Christ.
If you opened a church because you have money, it is time to close it. If you assumed the role of a "man or woman" of God because of your material possession or position in the society, it is good to know it takes more than that. Unsung Heroes have a great place in the heart of God, and eternity has lots of surprises for them. Ponder! DrBenard Etta
Imagine if Adolf Hitler got saved( Converted)before he thought of becoming the leader of his country, we couldn't have had the second world war, and the millions of lives lost could have been preserved.
Imagine if Osama Bin Laden got saved ( Converted) while doing business in Somalia, we couldn't have had al-Qaeda.
If every armed robber, terrorist, ritualist, corrupt politicians and the people who could turn your city and nation into an abyss of misery, pains, and death got saved, do you know you would start sleeping with your windows opened without fear?
Remember the man Paul of Tarsus; he went about hunting down believers of the Way. He arrested some and consented in the death of others, but when he met with Christ on this way to Damascus, everything changed about him. His conversion gave the believers a period of rest.
Imagine the deaths Paul alone could have caused if he never got saved! I know you may be wondering where I am heading. Permit me to tell us all the truth. Most of the calamities brought to us by human beings could have been prevented if we were all working towards the goal of getting people genuinely converted.
Thank God for all the positive ways via which humanity is striving to make the world a better place, but all these will be activities in futility if at the end of the day human hearts are not converted. When Zacchaeus met with Christ, those he was robbing by inflating their taxes had rest.
Some years back through my ministry, a young man who terrorized his neighborhood, and no one was safe passing through the streets as from 9:00 pm with their money and hand belongings, but when he got converted, the entire neighborhood could sleep well. People began moving freely even passed midnight in the same neighborhood because the man behind their insecurity got "arrested" by Christ.
Listen, life is interrelated and wholesomely interconnected with God at the center, but most of us don't know this fact. So, we pursue our agendas with our heads to the ground bothering less about actively participating in supporting the propagation of the gospel of Christ. The guys responsible for the terrorist attacks in Sri Lanka were middle-class youths, but because they weren't saved, see the deaths they caused in one day.
Listen to this blunt truth, the rapist, robber, mass killer and terrorist keeping everyone indoors may be as a result of our failure to support the God-ordained programs, which could have converted them. I know I am casting out demons!
Some of you want to be safe in an unsaved world; I pity you. If we wish for safety, all hands must be on deck to spread the gospel.
Some Nigerian preachers are competing now to acquire jet planes to join the club of Jet plane owners in a time when every naira was supposed to be invested in rescuing Nigeria. I know blind religious surrogates will pick up stones to stone me for saying this, go ahead! A day is coming in no distant future when they will not be able to fly in or out of Nigeria because the nation will be vomiting its inhabitance. Isaiah 6:8-12
Cathedrals deserted and their Christians scattered in search for refuge in neighboring countries. The "demons" they have refused to convert will be after their lives and establishments. I am not a prophet of doom, but I see! If this would be prevented, someone must cry aloud to awaken the leadership of the church in Nigeria from Coma. I don't just speak! Everything happening in Cameroon today, I started crying out as from 2003, but some people thought I was doing my private business. Today, what could have been prevented has taken people out of their comfort.
The gospel of the kingdom, bringing genuine conversion of hearts and souls is the only way society can know true peace and stability. It is time to invest now in the transformation of the person who might be your killer, rapist, suicide bomber, if not saved.
If you keep doing business in Sodom without working for the conversion of the city, on the day of its doom, you will be rendered a refugee whether you are a believer, bishop or not. The wise will understand!

One of the reasons our multiple activities have not translated into an outright victory for the Kingdom of God in cities and nations is that a majority of church activities are carried out without any understanding of the program of work given to the church by Christ the true head of the Church. I sometimes wonder if we genuinely care about real victory or we enjoy running helter-skelter with our schemes, which changes little or nothing on the ground.
We thank God for the many crusades, night vigils, breakthrough meetings, and others and the billboards, posters, and flyers littered all over the place. The question we should ask ourselves at this point is, with all we are doing, "how close are we to real victory via these activities in our cities and nations?
After more than 2000 years of the existence of the church, were we not supposed by now to have mastery of our art to know what works and what doesn't? It seems a majority of activities carried out today in God's name are fuel by personal ambitions, desire for self-promotion and baseless religious zeal. God, save the church from herself!
Going forward, we must start thinking of having teams of kingdom technocrats in every city and nation who understand "the program of work" for the church of Jesus Christ in this critical hour of the world's history to coordinate the actions on the ground for the implementation of thy kingdom come agenda. 1 Chronicles 12:32
I don't know about you, but as for me and my house, we are sick and tired of religious activities, and the merry-go-round of the church of Jesus Christ in several quarters of Christendom.
We are also aware of the spiritual hijackers who have crept into the body of Christ operating recklessly not bothering about the order of God and his kingdom agenda. Jude 1:3-4
Our fight is not only against principalities and powers but also against these gangs of smart "merchantmen and women who now act as if the house of God belongs to them.
We believe that something must happen to get these hijackers of the church out of every city and nation. It isn't a matter of if, but when, with God helping us!
We need a coalition of the willing to liberate every city and nation from these "religious terrorists" who have infiltrated the body of Christ. We are at war!
We can't win the battle outside if we lose the war inside the church. God help us! DrBenard Etta
"Moses, my servant, is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel. Joshua 1:2
-Moses represents the POWER of God while Joshua the Wisdom of God. Christ is the POWER and WISDOM of God. 1Cor 1:24. Deut 34:9
-The POWER of God got us out of "Egypt," and through the Red Sea into the wilderness of a lack of a clear sense of direction even though with provision for sustenance. It is going to take the WISDOM of God to bring the church into the fullness of God's promise.
-The church is at the bank of Jordan; Moses era has expired, and God is ushering Joshua's era. There is power in WISDOM, but no wisdom in POWER. The reason is that the POWER of God represents the hand of God while the WISDOM of God represents the Mind of God.
-Take a look at your hands, what intelligence have your hands? But the intelligence of the mind is what directs the activities of the hands. Think of a hand on the loose without a mind to guide it; the adverse effects will be catastrophic.
-That's the present "wahala" with the power operation in most of our modern-day churches. POWER void of WISDOM leads to gross abuses and corruption.
-Moses wasn't allowed to lead the children of Israel into the land of promise because all he knew was his rod. Num 20:7-12. God told him to speak to the rock, which was an expression of wisdom, but he instead struck the rock.
People who only know of God's power believe that every situation needs the power of God. They are always ready to anoint anyone and anything with oil and call on God's power in every circumstances because they don't know any other thing but POWER. See where the power, power obsession of the Pentecostal movement has landed us. The church has become a ridicule and laughing stock in most places.
Moses is symbolic of our present-day Pentecostal movement. Moses is dead! He was God's servant, but God took him out of the scene in order not to complicate things going forward into the promised land. We applaud Moses for the great Job done; however, the task to take the church out of the wilderness into the promised land is a charge given to a new generation of leaders, Joshua's generation!
Joshua's Generation is here! It isn't going to be business as usual in the church going forward as from 2020.

There is a remnant of God's people in every nation who have refused to bow to the Baal of this modern age. Search for them in your city and country and be a part of the coalition of the willing to liberate your city and nation. It is of no good to the kingdom if you are against false profits or prophets, and yet not supporting those you believe are genuine. Where do you really stand? You can't just be ranting on Social Media! The war against the faith, which was once delivered to the saints is real, and if you are on God's side, you can't stand idly by. The kingdom of God is not advanced by observation, but involvement and partnership. Get involved somewhere; don't live in the land called nowhere!
Statements on Social Media should be back by real "on the ground operation," If you don't like what is going on, look for those in your city and nation with same passion and vision, and work within that coalition to make a difference. We can't win this war if we lack practical strategy. Ponder!
The repositioning of the fivefold ministry is a challenge today because a significant number of individuals purporting to be ministers of God don't have a clue about ministry from a kingdom perspective. To some, it is the proclamation of scriptures, praying for folks, gathering people in a church house, being invited here and there, etc. The above lies about the ministry is a curse holding back the advancement of the kingdom on several fronts.
You can spend a month in most cities today searching and searching for where you can find churches or ministries that care about God's "Marching orders," the search would leave you in tears.
At a time when we should be mourning, calling for solemn assemblies to weep before God for a heaven-sent visitation, you have some others going about ordaining and releasing more charlatans to devour what the grasshoppers have left.
Shout a louder amen and claim a miracle and other pulpit rhetoric have replaced real word exposition and elucidation, which awakens the desire in people to get right with the Lord, discover his divine purpose and to fulfill it, answer the call for missions and marketplace ministry, intercede for a global move of God, etc.
There are those who believe that speaking out is disturbing the unity of the body of Christ. Laughable! Is the unity of the body of Christ a compromise of light and darkness? Who says everyone who professes Christ is a member of the body of Christ? What do we understand as the unity of the body of Christ? I hope to revisit the above themes as soon as the Lord permits.
Most young men and women entering the ministry today are in real trouble to distinguish wheat from the chaff, and to know what is God and what is flesh. Since most of them are also looking for what pampas and resonates with the vanity in their hearts, they seem to lean towards the detestable and abominable. But the good news is that in the midst of the gross darkness hovering over several quarters of Christendom, God is raising a remnant people, and the world will soon hear from them.
There is a generation of leaders kept and preserved by God to live in this era with a mandate to train and mentor these remnant God is raising. The sons of Issachar had 200 heads, but they were in command of their brethren who were in their thousands because they understood the times and what Israel was supposed to do.
The Lord is doing something silently, and the perfection of what He is doing will soon speak in cities and nations around the world. There is a generation being prepared for the battles of the last days; they will soon roar. We can't wait to see their revealing! Proper alignment with God is the rallying call!DrBenard Etta
How many of us can turn in money intended for our ministry expansion to Africa or any other part of the world to support those already operating in these countries with a clear mandate from heaven?
The money deception says, "since I have money, it is time for "my ministry, and church" to be in several nations. I should extend my ministry to Africa, Asia, Europe, Australia, and America. I have to buy a television station, build schools, hospitals, orphanages and open recreational facilities around the world."
The list of what each of us would love to acquire and do “in God's name” if we have money is endless; which is “the money deception.”
I don't need to establish a church in Sierra Leone, ApostleDr Momo is there; I can only support him. I don't need to plant a church in Houston Texas; Noel Pérez is there; we are a team reaching the nations. I don't need to establish a church in Shreveport Louisiana; Pst Gary Cavalier is there. I don't need to establish a church in Gary Indiana; Apostle Thaddeus Brown is there. The list is endless! We must rise above denominationalism and become more kingdom conscious.
Spreading denominations and churches instead of the kingdom of God is a modern day curse we must eradicate from the body of Christ.
Most denominations use the gospel to advanced their interest just as some colonialists in history sponsored missionaries, but with a hidden agenda to extend their domination across lands and seas. To extend a church branch to a new city/ nation is not a sin, but it can become if we are not discerning that the body of Christ is bigger than our local churches and denominations.
Why spend money to rent a church building, accommodation for a missionary Pastor and his family, paid for several other expenses in a city where you can find a church to partner with, and open enough to accommodate your outreach?
Why spend money to send a pastor to a nation to represent your new church, when with several visits and outreaches in the same city/nation you may be blessed to find a partner to collaborate with to advance the kingdom of God?
We are aware of the difficulties in finding true partners today, and the fact that most churches are scared of just anyone they are not familiar with, but the unnecessary cost of extending a denomination to every city and nation, and its effect on the operation of the body of Christ is worth the search.
Does that mean one shouldn't plant his or her church congregation in other places? That isn't what the write-up is about. This writeup is aimed at discouraging the phenomenon of spreading one's church/ denomination to cities and nations as if success in ministry is about that; this cancer is killing the effectiveness of the body of Christ today to advance God's kingdom on earth.
If the Lord gives one special assignment and directives to set up "a different kind of church fellowship/ outreach," which is not available in a particular city/nation, let nothing stop the individual. However, to establish branches of a church, to do what other churches in the city and nation are already doing even better is questionable. God doesn't assign anyone to do what everyone is doing in the same city and nation. If for instance, you want to establish a branch of your church in a city with already 100 churches, try to use part of the money to establish a partnership to work with any of the existing churches, except none of them open their doors.
We are in the East of Africa for an Apostolic mission. We'll be leaving here when our mission is over without planting a new church in the name of our ministry, but by the grace of God, we are building God's army among the available ministers/ churches (Coalition of the willing). Does that mean we don't have what it takes to plant a church? We can do even better, but that isn't the need of the nations. Most nations don't need a new church/denomination, but a vision that can build together with the remnants on the ground (Coalition of the willing).
If we put away the desire to promote ourselves, and our churches; the quest to become famous and make money from our hearts, we can reach the whole world with the resources present within the body of Christ in six months. Imagine if most of the denominations extending their tentacles everywhere, were instead investing into the vast world of ministries and churches already existing in some of the nations they are striving to extend! Think about the impact! The other day I saw a video of a free for all fight inside a Mountain Of Fire Church in London, and I asked myself, who sent them to London, God or British Pound?
