There is a remnant of God's people in every nation who have refused to bow to the Baal of this modern age. Search for them in your city and country and be a part of the coalition of the willing to liberate your city and nation. It is of no good to the kingdom if you are against false profits or prophets, and yet not supporting those you believe are genuine. Where do you really stand? You can't just be ranting on Social Media! The war against the faith, which was once delivered to the saints is real, and if you are on God's side, you can't stand idly by. The kingdom of God is not advanced by observation, but involvement and partnership. Get involved somewhere; don't live in the land called nowhere!
Statements on Social Media should be back by real "on the ground operation," If you don't like what is going on, look for those in your city and nation with same passion and vision, and work within that coalition to make a difference. We can't win this war if we lack practical strategy. Ponder!
If just 5% of the millions of Christian leaders and believers we have the world over were thinking about a world invasion for Christ and ultimate transformation and "conquest," it could be done in seven years. "Where there is no vision, the people perish." Proverbs 29:18. Did you get that?
The reason for the church in a city is the city. If we limit ourselves to our church buildings; we have lost the vision!
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. Gen 1:2-3
Look at the verse above, read it and meditate on it. You have just seen, read and pondered on the challenge of leadership. Leadership is the need whenever and wherever there is chaos, void, and darkness. The leadership challenge is to change the status quo by introducing light. The primary role of a leader is to bring light where there is chaos, void, and darkness. That is what God did in Genesis 1:3.
When the earth was without form, void, and dark, God stepped out and introduced light. Let there be Light!
The present state of the world is a leadership challenge, and the greatest weapon of Change is not religion, but Light. Christ said, "He is the light of the world." John 8:12. John said, " God is light." 1 John 1:5.
The most significant revelation of God is to know Him as light, living and manifesting His light. Also, the greatest ministry of the church is to demonstrate the light of God. When there is light, voids are filled, order replaces chaos, and light replaces darkness.
In the absence of light, there is darkness, and wherever darkness prevails, people will live comfortably with the status quo. They will be at home with chaos, void, and darkness, and fight anyone who tries to get rid of the above. That's the unfortunate state of our world.
The only reason the actual state of the earth as described in Genesis 1:2 was bare before God is that He is light. Some other person would have been relaxed and comfortable with the situation.
How do you discern the presence of leadership? Leadership is always poised to bring about positive change. Light is the highest leadership blessing. There is no condition we can't deal with if we have light. The difference between where our generation is and where we were supposed to be is Light.
God is releasing a leadership generation to transform communities, societies, and nations. Watch out; they are here! 21st-Century Leadership is about manifesting the world over. Such capacity of leadership the world has never seen will soon be made manifest. Get positioned! Something is about to break out and break forth! May you take your place in this next big thing about to hit this people's planet. Get ready! Get ready! Get ready! I sense an anointing being released and unleashed, may it find you in your proper place in Jesus name! Amen!

For those with a vision to establish mega-churches and ministries, let me give you one of the fastest ways to do that without spending on handbills, billboards, and numerous outreach programs. Are you ready?
What would you give me for this idea? Hahahahahahahaha! David asked what they would give the man who will take away the reproach from Israel (1 Samuel 17:26). So, I hope my demand is not out of place. Hahahahahahaha!
To have a mega-church is not difficult as most Pastors, Bishops, and Apostles think. All you have to do is to provide a solution to a mega problem in your city or nation. You can’t afford to be hunting for mice while lions are devouring the land.
One of the mega-problems in every city and nation today is the problem of unemployment. So, to establish a megachurch if that is your passion and calling, employ 500- 1000-10,000 Graduates! If you do that, you would have them, their families and friends open to the whatever you have to share.
Economic realities are such that Christ had to impact Peter's fishing business to gain his attention. Luke 5: 3-11. The way our present churches and ministries are constituted, it seems the only economic beneficiaries are the ministers, and that has got to change.
I once requested the Cameroon National Employment agency in Yaounde to help advertise certain public relation job opportunities within our organization during our Vision 2010 Global Leadership Conference to qualified graduates. We just needed few youths, but to my amazement, more than 500 youths stormed our office in Yaounde the same day and many more within the same week. That's when the reality of the desperation for jobs among the youths of our nation and the world dawned on me. I asked God that day to enable me to employ in the future thousands of youths. Since then, I have been seriously working on a multi-dimensional project with the future capacity of employing more than 10.000 youths.
The 21st-century church must become a significant employer and deploy-er in every nation. You can't expect someone to listen to the word of God continuously on an empty stomach. Jesus said; "Give them something to eat." Matt 14:16. “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” Ponder To Be A Wonder! DrBenard Etta
I've just been pondering why very few people in our church circles love depths (Desire to go deeper in the knowledge, wisdom, and understanding of divine truth). Why are most people satisfied dwelling on the surface of the word when there are depths to explore? The more one is passionate to explore the depths of divine matter; the more frustrated one becomes with our modern day Pentecostalism. I value and celebrate my Pentecostal and charismatic heritage, but every day as I strive to lay hold of the treasures of God's grace and wisdom available for this generation, the more I realize that God has gone beyond our present-day Pentecostal and charismatic movements. We have become a mere reflection of the past moves of God and not a symbol of where God is and where he is going. What a painful and sad reality, but how many people are aware of this sad reality? We have become like Ephraim.
Ephraim, he hath mixed himself among the people; Ephraim is a cake not turned. Strangers have devoured his strength, and he knoweth it not: yea, gray hairs are here and there upon him, yet he knoweth not.,Hosea 7:8-9
Ephriam mixed himself among the people and lost his identity, he became halfbaked, he lost his strength to strangers, and he became outdated, but as the scripture says "yet he knoweth not." Ephriam wasn't conscious of his true spiritual state; he was still busy with church activities and ministerial engagements. Sad!
That's the current state of our present-day Pentecostal and charismatic movements. Despite our fall, we still walk around with a sense of pride thinking we are still at the cutting edge of the move of God when actually we are more than 30 years behind. Oh God, save us! We need to call for solemn assemblies! "The glory has departed from Israel!" God has gone past where we are camping. We need an urgent catch-up, but how can this be possible without direction? How can we have direction when we are not listening to God and his messengers? God save us!
IT IS TIME TO CALL FOR SOLEMN ASSEMBLIES!
Who knoweth if he will return and repent, and leave a blessing behind him; even a meat offering and a drink offering unto the Lord your God?
Blow the trumpet in Zion, sanctify a fast, call a solemn assembly:Gather the people, sanctify the congregation, assemble the elders, gather the children, and those that suck the breasts: let the bridegroom go forth of his chamber, and the bride out of her closet. Let the priests, the ministers of the Lord, weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare thy people, O Lord, and give not thine heritage to reproach, that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where is their God? JOEL 2:14-17
But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ. Philippians 3:7-8
If all the fanfare about Easter doesn't culminate to the above experience, then it is another form of pretense. Yes, He died, yes, He rose again, Alleluya! But what is the meaning of it all if it leaves us the same in our way of thinking, living and doing things?
Christ didn't die and was buried, and rose again after three days just for us to put on fancy clothes to a religious service somewhere in the name of commemorating easter. He didn't go through all he went through just to offer us three days of meaningless activities in our churches that changes nothing in the way people think, live and do things. The death and resurrection of Christ is an indication that God means business. The question is, what business?
To understand the business I am talking about, we have to revisit the genesis for a revelation of God's original plan and expectation for making us (Male and Female) in his image and likeness. Without this foundation, we would be dancing when we should be sober. This Easter is the number 2018 since Christ ascended to heaven. When the history of an event is that long, what serious people do is not just to celebrate, but to deliberate on the achievements within the 2018 years and the task in the now and tomorrow. Evaluation is what we should be doing; both in our personal lives and the world at large.
As for the Apostle Paul, after careful consideration of all Christ did for him and humanity, his resolve was penned down in the following words. "But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ."
What about you?
When we have time in the future, we will look at "THE EXCELLENCY OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF CHRIST," which compelled the educated Apostle Paul, who studied under one of the brightest minds of his time by name Gamaliel, to rubbish everything he once thought was gain and counted them as loss and dung just to win Christ. Acts 22:3.
May we use this Easter period to examine ourselves whether we are the satisfaction of the travail of his soul. Isaiah 53:11. Happy Easter! DrBenard Etta
Highlights!
-Denominations are man's idea of carrying out God's work, but not God's design. I know some people would be surprised by the above statement. You just have to stay connected for more light. The establishment of denominations has never been an agenda in God's heart, and it wasn't the pattern in scripture. Revival and religious movements evolve with time into denominations partly became those in leadership allowed their human ego to dull their understanding of God's plan.
-Are denominations bad? No! Most of them are doing great things for humanity, but that shouldn't be mistaken for God's accord. The fact that God uses a denomination to accomplish certain things that don't mean God agrees with its modus-operandi
- One of the principal sins of denominationalism is that most denominations seek to extend their branches wherever their resources take them. That is contrary to God's modus-operandi for the expansion of his kingdom on earth. On the final day of reconning, most denominational heads will come to realize that God was not a part of their denominational drive to be everywhere their ambition, and resources could take them. Why?
Some of the places some denominations desire to extend to, already have ministries, assembles, and missions with God's wisdom, strategy, and mandate to conquer those territories for the Lord.
Most denominations don't bother to find out the situation of other ministries and assemblies where they plan to extend their branches. Talkless of seeking the heart of God to know if they are mandated to spread where their resources can take them. At times, their quest to be everywhere, locally, nationally and internationally seems more "imperialistic" than kingdom. They fail to realize that God has a roadmap for the success of his work and the harvest of the earth. And, he has ministers/ ministries/ assembles, and missions assigned to villages, towns, cities, and nations with the mandate to subdue and take over those territories for the Lord. The fact that a denomination has the financial, material and human resources to expand to a particular country is not the same as having God's mandate for that nation.
When the children of Israel were on their way to the promised land, the Lord made it so clear to them that they were not to invade the lands he gave to Esau and the children of Lot (Deut 2:4-20). The same principle is true with the work of the kingdom, but most denominations go as they can pay. And the consequence is the subversion of the church we have today and competetion between denominations in several places.
Some of the time, the Lord expects churches and ministries with extra resources to identify and partner with those on the ground in certain places, already doing great work for the Lord instead of extending their denominational branches there. If this were the case, we would have reaped the harvest of the earth.
Today, it seems more as if to be reckoned with in certain quarters of Christendom, a church or ministry must grow into a denomination with branches everywhere. I dey die laugh!
Some boast of having 4000 churches around the world! "We have 5000 branches." God willing, in my next write up, I'll show you the "wrongs" with the above mindset and the sin in it. And, how the above mindset is hampering the expansion of God's kingdom instead of helping it.
I hope that some of the things I write will orientate the emerging generation not to follow the errors of the past and present, but to chart a new way forward for the expansion of God's kingdom on earth as ordained by God.
May God help us! Watch out for part 2!
The "cheap grace" messages we hear today leaves us shuttling between our homes, job sites, the church and supermarkets, end of story. It doesn't instill in us the courage to undertake missions to hellholes since we are taught that ours is to enjoy, after all, what else when "Christ did it all."
Missionaries and apostolic pioneers who are reaching the hinterlands under challenging circumstances are looked upon as "graceless individuals since they don't have the fancy and flashy things to also showoff."
Where are the young men and women who made missions to the dying world famous? Where are the men and women who lived on 40% of their earnings and gave out 60% to support mission efforts in the hellholes of the world? They are scarce and rare to find, our cheap grace messages have made normal Christian experiences to be abnormal in the eyes of today’s generation.
Everything about ministry today is Pastoral. Stay in the urban centers, rent or build a house called church, get some folks inside and teach them for ages without ever graduating them. Live a soft and risk-free life and surround yourself with the best of comfort and convenience. That's grace to this spoiled generation!
What's the consequence? We are losing this generation of boys and girls and men and women despite the technology we have; they are perishing in record numbers. Our churches are full of people who worship themselves and use God as "Father Christmas" to achieve their carnal ambitions. Once they are blessed with the things of this life, they become arrogant, boastful and proud. You can't teach them anything anymore since they have made money. They come to fellowship the days they choose and leave when they want; after all, "it is the church that needs their money." I laugh!
Brethren, Christ didn't face the cross because he lacked grace, but because he had the grace to endure for the salvation of humankind. Grace is not grease for an easy life, but the ability to stay strong despite challenges in the pursuit of purpose. Paul the Apostle was not beaten and jailed several times because he lacked the grace to escape those hurdles to live a more comfortable life, but because he had the grace to go all out for the Lord no matter the matter. Something is definitely wrong with our version of the gospel today! We are losing this generation, God help us! I love the hymn below; it resonates with what I know the Bible teaches.
Hymn
Far, far away, in heathen darkness dwelling,
Millions of souls forever may be lost;
Who, who will go, salvation’s story telling,
Looking to Jesus, counting not the cost?
“All pow’r is given unto me,
All pow’r is given unto me,
Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel,
And lo, I am with you always.”
See o’er the world, wide open doors inviting:
Soldiers of Christ, arise and enter in!
Christians, awake! your forces all uniting,
Send forth the Gospel, break the chains of sin.
“Why will ye die?” the voice of God is calling,
“Why will ye die?” re-echo in His name:
Jesus hath died to save from death appalling,
Life and salvation therefore go proclaim.
May God send another awakening to the church, we pray in Jesus name! Share! Share! Share! Spread the fire!
DrBenard Etta
Noah didn't just believe God; he obeyed God. Your preservation and distinction are not in your beliefs but your obedience. When praying, listen and act. Don't be stupid! Some of you are waiting on God when God is waiting for you.
Noah built an ark, and the ark became his escape and the salvation of his family of eight. Imagine the time it took Noah to get that ark ready and the insults he received from shortsighted individuals. Ponder!
You should be doing something now to save yourself and others. Christianity is not stupidity! What is that thing the Lord told you to do but you have been procrastinating, but attending vigils praying for God's intervention? God's intervention in the life of Noah and his family was the day he told him to build an ark. If Noah failed to obey, the unfortunate would have happened, and then people would say, "but he was a good Christian." Not knowing that even though people judged "Pastor Noah" to be a good pastor, only God knew that he was walking in disobedience.
I believe in the power of prayers. I started my ministry as an intercessor and coordinated one of the legendary intercessory movement under the full gospel mission in Manyu, and 80% of those who walked in that team and those we raised are today firebrand ministers. No story, no glory! However, in my 32 years of walking with the Lord, I have also come across miserable prayer warriors who prayed and prayed but ended as preys. Why? They believed but didn't obey (They failed to act).
The challenge of repositioning the fivefold ministry today is that so many individuals purporting to be ministers of God don't even know what ministry is about. To some of them, ministry is proclaiming scriptures, praying for folks, gathering people under a roof and lording over them, and in the process, make money, build a church house, get some invitations, acquire wealth, then die and hand over to the children. The above lie about the ministry is a curse holding back the advancement of the kingdom on several fronts.
You can spend a month in most cities today searching and searching for where you can find churches or ministries that care about God's "marching orders," the search may leave you in tears. At a time when we should be mourning, calling for solemn assemblies to weep before God for a heaven-sent visitation, you have some others going about ordaining and releasing more charlatans to devour what the grasshoppers have left.
Shout a louder amen and claim a miracle and other pulpit rhetorics have replaced real word exposition and elucidation, which awakens the desire in people to get right with the Lord, discover his divine purpose and to fulfill it, answer the call for missions and marketplace ministry, intercede for a global move of God, etc.
There are those who believe that speaking out is disturbing the unity of the body of Christ. Laughable! Is the unity of the body of Christ a compromise of light and darkness? Who says everyone who professes Christ is a member of the body of Christ? What do we understand as the unity of the body of Christ? I hope to revisit the above themes as soon as I got the time.
Most young men and women entering the ministry today are in real trouble to distinguish wheat from the chaff, and to know what is God and what is flesh. Since most of them are also looking for what pampas and resonates with the vanity in their hearts, they seem to lean towards the detestable and abominable. But the good news is that, in the midst of the gross darkness hovering over several quarters of Christendom, God is raising a remnant people, and the world will soon hear from them.
There is a generation of leaders kept and preserved by God to live in this era with a mandate to train and mentor these remnant people God is raising. The sons of Issachar had 200 heads, but they were in command of their brethren who were in their thousands because they understood the times and what Israel was supposed to do.
The Lord is doing something silently, and the perfection of what he is doing will soon speak in cities and nations around the world. There is a generation being prepared for the battles of the last days; they will soon roar. We can't wait to see their revealing! Proper alignment is the rallying call!
