DID YOU HEAR THAT?

But Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah, and the mighty men, and Solomon his brother, he called not. 1Kings 1:10.

When you are not the cheap type, who can be bought over to patronize a lie, don't expect the "Adonijahs" to invite you to their manmade, ambitious and self-promoted coronations and so-called church/ministerial schemes.

I encourage every inquisitive reader to read and meditate on the full account of the above "drama" in 1Kings 1: 1-9. The whole "drama" began when Adonijah the son of King David, declared his ambition to be king, at a time when the nation of Israel was in dire need for a new leader since David was old and stricken in years.

In those days, Israel wasn't a democracy, but a theocracy. God was their king and he chooses whom he pleases to represent him. He gave them Saul when the people demanded a king from Samuel and when Saul left the path of righteous, God raised David, a man after his heart. So, Adonijah declaring himself king wasn't accordance to the order by which God gives kings to Israel. Moreover, the Lord has already revealed to King David whom his successor will be, and that was Solomon.

However, like all ambitious individuals, Adonijah wanted to be king so badly that he launched a political campaign to get what he wanted. Since he had enough cash to spend, people followed him and he invited some "compromisers" among David's men, but the scripture says, But Nathan the prophet, and Benaiah, and the mighty men, and Solomon his brother, he called not. The question is why?

The answer to the above question is revealing and it sheds light on the drama going on in the church today. The church today is full of Adonijahs, I mean ambitious individuals who want just every religious title they can lay hands on. From "Chief Apostle" to "Bishop," to "Arch Bishop" and to "Cardinal,"etc. We may soon be having several pentecostal "Popes." I dey Laugh!

We thank God for the few genuine Apostles, Bishops, and Arch Bishops we have in the body of Christ, but the fact is, several individuals clamoring for these titles are mere "Adonijahs." God hasn't a file for them yet, but they are ready to spend money, cajole people and even willing to pay some reputable personalities with an appetite for cash, to support their schemes.

They have the money to invite whosoever they please for their "ordinations" and man-made coronations, but the truth is, the only invite those they know are "sellout," people with no integrity who like them, can support them. Did you hear that? They don't invite individuals like prophet Nathan, and Benaiah, and the mighty men of David because these men were close to the king and so, they knew whom the Lord has revealed to succeed King David.

Do we still have such people today? Men of the likes of Samuel who would refuse to anoint those God has not chosen at the determent of the ones God has chosen?

Adonijah didn't invite those he knew can't easily be bought over to patronize a lie. Individuals who knew the truth and can't support error. The rot in several quarters of Christendom is due to a deficiency of such people. It seems every holy office and function is available today to the highest bidders. It seems if you can pay, you can become anything overnight. May God have mercy on us!

Listen! If you are always a guest in most ecclesiastical gatherings in your community, city, nation and beyond, it may not be because of your kingdom insight, status, and fatherliness, but because you are known as someone who has no stand and patronizes everything as long as cash, food, and others are present.

The Adonijahs have no mandate from heaven but are imitators of the ministries of the anointed. They are spiritual "pirates," they copy patterns and messages from those God has mandated and claim that God gave them the revelations. Adonijahs are experts in self-promotion. They know how to get weak people on their side; they sometimes deceive even the elects who are not discerning to endorse them. Imagine if Adonijah succeeded in his scheme, he would have robbed Israel of a golden era of wisdom ordained to be ushered by Solomon. It is tragic when the wrong people occupy the right places. May God save us all! Watch out for part 2!DrBenard Etta

IS IT TIME TO CELEBRATE?

How can we sing the LORD'S song In a strange land? Psalm 137:4

I don't think so, neither is time to live like a "fat cat." We'll definitely celebrate, but not now. Celebrating in a time like this is like singing the Lord's song in a strange land. The state of our world is an indictment against all of us. Even though "celebration" is a fact of life, but it could become a distraction if we make it a major, instead of a natural consequence of achieving the major.

We have a mission, which we are already well behind schedule in fulfilling. Indulging in meaningless celebrations and wasteful spending at this crucial time is an act of insensitivity. We'll definitely celebrate I say it again, but not until the kingdoms of the world become the kingdom of our God and his Christ.

Bragging and showing off our material achievements at this time, is a symptom of semi-madness. It's time to stay focus! We can't afford to leave this world without bringing massive transformation to people, nations, and societies, above all, expanding the influence of the kingdom of God into all sectors and spheres of strategic importance.

Save the celebration and invest to save a soul. Save the extravagance and invest to deliver your community to the one who created all things and by him, all things consist. "Let's start selling what we have and giving to the poor." I'm not talking about charity and welfare here, neither was Christ talking about that either. He was talking about raising the standard of the "fall man" everywhere. Investing in bringing the life-transforming message of the kingdom of God, which is capable of restoring fallen humanity. We will definitely celebrate, but not now!

By the rivers of Babylon, there we sat down, yea, we wept, when we remembered Zion. We hanged our harps upon the willows in the midst thereof. For there they that carried us away captive required of us a song; and they that wasted us required of us mirth, saying, Sing us one of the songs of Zion. How shall we sing the LORD'S song in a strange land? Psalm 137:1-4
Be blessed!

THE MISCARRIAGE OF EXPECTATION!

We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen. Isaiah 26:18

Read and ponder on the above scriptural verse, what do you see?

When a woman is pregnant, the normal expectation is for her to deliver a baby( A human being with life either male or female) after nine months. Imagine a situation where the husband gets to the hospital on the day of delivery, to welcome the newborn baby, only to be told that the wife brought forth wind! What a miscarriage of expectation!

That was the state of Israel in our scriptural text. Israel was with child; she went through the pain of delivery but brought forth wind. Let's consider some few characteristics of wind to see why the above scenario was a miscarriage of expectation.

i) The Wind is momentary.
ii) The wind is invisible.

Thus, what Israel gave birth to, was momentary. It lasted only for minutes; it was all but noise with no residue for the present or future generation. It was fanfare without substance. The impact remained within the four walls of the delivery room (Within the church building / crusade ground). It didn't get to the people in the street nor did it spread into all sectors of the society. It was momentary!

What then was the consequence of such a miscarriage of expectation? The scriptures say; "we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen."

i) They wrought no deliverance in the earth, leaving the earth in captivity just as they met it. There was activity, but no productivity; noise, but no impact. There was busyness, but no real kingdom business.

ii) The inhabitants of the world saw nothing to cause them to fall before God. There was no true repentance nor transformation, and as a result, things remained the same.

The same scenario is playing out today. There are ministries and churches everywhere and ministers multiplying in their numbers. Everyone is claiming a special mandate from heaven with titles to support it. We seem to be with child; we go through pain to plant new churches, grow existing ones, expand into new territories, and host numerous programs. But the state of our world (Our communities, towns, cities and nations) is a clear indication that, despite our various efforts, we seem to have brought forth wind.

"We have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen." The above situation should move us to tears in search for God afresh, putting away our arrogance, pride and boastfulness in pursuit of a real breakthrough. It's what we must do or risk being spued out of his mouth. Rev 3:16-19. Watch out for part 2.Share if you can! DrBenard Etta

Is There Not A Cause?

There are always few of the likes of MARTIN LUTHER (the reformer) in every generation. The world is full of people who always like to "play safe." They can't stand for anything, especially if it threatens their religious position or source of livelihood. All they do is talk behind, but no action.

Christianity today needs men and women of the calibre of MARTIN LUTHER (the reformer) to rebuke the hypocrisy and gross abuses going on within Christendom. The challenge is, "who will bell the cat?" Everyone seems to be protecting his or her source of income. No one wants to risk, no one wants to be called names, no one wants to be rejected, we all want to "belong." That's where the "wahala" is!

We know what is right, but we lack the courage to step out and to make a difference. That's what I called the "Nicodemus attitude;" he was aware that Christ was the Messiah, but was too afraid of his religious position to openly standout and to speak out. Imagine the additional impetus someone like Nicodemus would have brought into the Jesus movement if he publicly identified with it!

We need another LUTHER's generation especially in a time like this when the Church has returned to the sales of indulgences. The blood of Jesus is now on sale. So-called anointed artifacts, holy and anointed oil, water, handkerchiefs, bangles, enlarged photos of men of God are big businesses. Silence at this hour isn't only compromising, but an indication of being an accomplice.

I have taken my stand! I know what it has cost me and what is costing me, but I have no plan for retreat or surrender. Some of you read my post, and you claim to believe in the need for a spiritual revolution, but you seem to be too careful to commit to the cause. The kingdom of God is facing severe assaults today not from its opponents, but from its exponents. Would you decide today to come out of your shell and to join the kingdom revolution and be counted in your city? Heaven isn't sitting, but standing in wait for volunteers. It's time!

Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me! Matt 16:24.

Let the revolution begin!

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

"The New creation" in Christ isn't someone putting on religious regalia's and immersed in church activities, but someone whose heart and mind have undergone a rebirth, and whose life is reflecting the mindset and lifestyle of another world (Heaven) on the earth. To be a New creation in Christ isn't something you become by merely confessing that you are, but who you become through an experience with God. What you do not know, you can't enjoy. It would take the New Creation in Christ to respond to the groaning of creation in this hour.

The local church was supposed to be "God's factory" where the New creation in Christ are birth not an environment for baseless religiosity and endless recycling of one and the same experiences, which leave Christians perpetually depended on their leaders for prayers, healing, deliverance and counseling. This kind of religiosity blinds, handicaps and reduces people into high maintenance and low impact converts. Christ is waiting to see the manifestation of his New Creation in this time of the world's darkest hour.

The scripture didn't say, "Therefore if any man be "in Church," he is a new creation," but "in Christ." To be "in" something is to be immersed and lost in it and beloved, I've to be sincere to you, it takes a walk and experience with the Lord to get there. I know we are living in a time when some individuals are trying to cheapen serious divine experiences in other to increase their denominational membership or television audience. See what we got as a result of our cheapening of truth; we got millions of people in Church who have been there for years, but are strangers to the revelation of truth, confused and of no real consequence to the cause of Christ.

Today in some quarters of Christendom, who really cares about helping people to deepen their experience and walk with the Lord? What matters most is the "tithes and offerings" flowing in from unregenerate souls who are longing for God, but finding none to show them the way. Since the competition among some in Christendom is centered on "who got the best church building," "most expensive cars," "who goes on vacation to the most lavish resorts" and the person with the highest number of security personnel in his or her entourage, and the one whose wife wears the most expensive jewelries and others, etc, getting money to cater for "all these" and to keep up with the competition, has made the real focus of the gospel and God''s kingdom issues of lesser priority.

Meetings where money is raised are preferred over those where people are humbled before the Lord in repentance and dedication to Christ kingdom revolution. There is nothing wrong with raising money to fund real kingdom projects, but when raising money becomes the hidden agenda for every important meeting, then something is definitely wrong. We need a reordering of our values in Christendom. We seem more lost in church, then the people we are trying to convert. We need a "rude awakening," which would uproot, pull down and destroy the carnality and fleshly empires we are building in God's name in order for God to plant and build us into his New Creation in Christ, capable of restoring fallen creation into harmony with the one who created all things. Lord! Let the revolution begin! Be blessed! From your Friend, reaching you from his own Island of Patmos." DrBenard Etta

It's Time To Set Your Agenda!

And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. Gen 1:3.

I hope you got the revelation. That's exactly what it takes to see a positive revolution. God, by saying, "Let there be light," he actually set his agenda. Listen! Let me talk to you. You need the courage to set your agenda, I mean what you really want to see done. Be specific!

Before God stepped out to announce his agenda, the scripture says, "the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep." Did you hear that? If you were in God's place, what would you have done?

God didn't deny the fact that there was darkness, but he stepped out and clearly spell out his agenda. "Let there be light." His agenda was light! Do you see that? Change doesn't come by guessing, you must have a clear agenda you are willing to deploy all the might God has given you to bring about.

The latter part of the text says, "and there was light." You see, God set his agenda and it came to pass just as he wanted it. Goal setters are goal getters!

Some of you are afraid to step out and to boldly declare the agenda for your ministry or business for fear of failure. Leaders are bold, where are you coming from? Chicken heart-ed individuals can't possess their promised land.

God saw the darkness on the face of the earth, but that didn't stop him from making bold his agenda. In 2013, I heard him say, as from 2015 and beyond, go and empower 10.000 people in the city of Bamenda Cameroon, and same in Yaoundé and Douala to discover, develop and to maximize their potential to fulfill their purpose of existence via mentorship. I made bold my God's given agenda to my inner circle and am about to make it to the entire city of Bamenda as a five-year plan. I remember one of my young men said to me, sir, why not just keep working without necessarily setting such an agenda? I looked at him and smiled, and told him, you can't accomplish much without setting targets.

God said, "let there be light;" he set his agenda. Go and do the same. Stop wishing for success, create it. God bless you! Dr.Benard Etta

(Don't Read This If You Aren't For Real Spiritual Revolution)
The New Testament era only came into effect after the death of Christ, not during his birth, life and ministry as recorded in the gospels. Heb 9: 16. Why? Think in order not to stink and sink in empty religiosity.
This understanding is fundamental in unlocking the New Testament revelation. Those call to serve as ministers of the New Testament, need much more than theological degrees and ecclesiastical titles, they can only do so effectively if like the Apostle Paul, they embrace the fellowship of the sufferings of Christ, being made conformable unto his death. Phil 3:10. This is so serious! We wonder why we have churches everywhere, but little is changing, this is where the "wahala" is. We want to give life, but we don't want to "die," which is the only way by which we can experience his life. 2Cor 4:8-12.
For as the scriptures say, "flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God." 1 Cor 15:50. The greatest enemy of God's people isn't the devil, neither the world, but the "flesh" we have refused to crucify. It is very easy to handle the devil and the world if we crucify the "flesh." Gla 5: 19:21.
Ministry done in the "flesh" can attract earthly riches and material abundance, but can't produce true kingdom people. "Flesh" can't give birth to spirit. The scriptures say, "That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit." John 3:6.
We have churches and ministries born in the "flesh," you see the crowd, but nothing substantial in the lives of the people. A ministry born in the spirit, will raise people after God's heart. Which would you go for, the one born in the "flesh" to pamper your "flesh" or the one born of the spirit, to help you crucify the "flesh" in order for you to experience true resurrection? This decision awaits everyone in this era.
The spirit is the true nature and character of God and the New Testament era isn't an era for mere crowd following, which doesn't translate into real transformation and the rebirth of God's true nature and character in people's lives. The true test of the effectiveness of a minister is not in the miracles he or she performs, but in the grace to birth the true nature and character of God in people. Gla 4: 19.
What's the essence of a so- called "house of God," which has turned into a den of thieves, idolaters, murderers, and whores? Do we think God is impressed by the large donations we make out of individuals we are "rearing in the flesh," in our so-called house of God whom we haven't told the truth for fear of losing their support? If God's house is a workshop as we often quote, then it shouldn't leave people the way they came.
A ministry born in the flesh may look flamboyant, but in God's eyes it isn't better than a mortuary. How many of such "mortuaries" do we have today? If the New Testament began effectively after the death of Christ, it implies, no one can effectively minister who doesn't "die daily" by crucifying the "flesh" and its canal desires. 1 Cor 15:31. Gla 5:24
Christ cast out demons from a man and sent them into pigs feeding around. Why? Pigs love dirt! Are we "rearing pigs" under our denominational roofs or raising true disciples of Christ? Let's wake up and stop all these "fleshly" and "carnal" ministerial fanfare. We don't have the time for such anymore. Those who are not really ready to lay down their lower life for the higher one should have no business occupying the pulpit. Flesh and blood will not inherit the kingdom of God. Ponder! DrBenard Etta

Reach Out & Build Bridges!

What if your next level is tied to someone outside your social, religious or cultural "world?" The scriptures admonish us to be kind enough to entertain strangers. Heb 13:2.
Who is a stranger?
A stranger is basically someone you aren't familiar with, who isn't a part of your social, cultural or religious environment. Most of the time in scripture, God used total strangers to connect individuals to their breakthrough, which is contrary to the belief that one should never trust a total stranger, but at times, it is worth the risk.
When you build walls around yourself and relate only with those within your social, cultural or religious circle, you unconsciously barricade yourself from many blessings and sooner or later, you would become narrow-minded, unrealistic, and blind. It's time to take the risk and to wisely open your world to "strangers." You might have close your doors to your angels, remember Abraham welcomed three people to his home and entertained them. It turned out that those three individuals were angels on an assignment to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah. The Angels later revealed their mission to Abraham and also told him that his wife Sarah will have a son in her old age. Gen 18: 1-22.
What if Abraham was too careful to welcome the three strangers to his house? Answer for yourself!
We all know the story of Rahab the harlot, she saved herself and family simply by welcoming and providing a hideout for the two spies Joshua sent to spy the city of Jericho. Joshua 2/ 6.
What of Cornelius? He was a devout man, one who fears God with all his house, which gave much alms to the people, and prayed to God always. However, God decided to visit him only through a stranger. Acts 10: 1-48.
Listen! Nobody is coming to eat your food; no one is interested in your money. You need the "strangers" more than they need you. Don't be selfish to yourself, get that dam door open. Watch-out for part 2.

THE PRICE FOR A POSITIVE REVOLUTION!

Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it. LUKE 17:33.

Christ promised to build his church. Why? He wanted more of himself on the earth not just religious individuals. We have confused the church with our local ministries and assemblies. The church Christ is building is not physical buildings with crosses on their doors or religious organizations and denominations, but people whom Christ expresses his nature, passion and purpose through them. These called-out ones, have the grace to give up their own life for God's own life. They don't live for themselves, but for the purpose and mission of Christ. The positive revolution this generation and humanity is yearning for, depends on these people Christ recognizes as his church.

We can be a part of a ministry, church denomination and assembly and yet not be a part of the church Christ is building. The reason its difficult at times to unite local churches, organizations and ministries to achieve something of interest to God is because a local church, ministry or Christian organization may not necessarily be a component of the church Christ is building. Thus, most of the time, they are too occupied doing their programs, but totally out of touch with God's own program.

The people who are the church Christ is building have little difficulties coming together or building synergy for kingdom exploits. The reason is that, they all have given up their own life's interest, passion and purpose for Christ and as a result, it isn't a challenge to them to follow the Lord wherever he leads. But this isn't the experience with those who are merely religious.

For a positive revolution to take place in a nation or society, they must first exist the church Christ is building in that nation or society. I'm talking about a people totally sold out to Christ and living his life in the "flesh." The hope of the nations for any meaningful transformation rests on this called out individuals. There may be several churches/ Christian ministries in a city/ nation and yet the church Christ is building isn't a part of all the religiosity going on within the city or nation.

When Christ builds his church in a city or nation, his church would serve as the light within the city or nation. The church Christ is building and the religious church seldom walk together since they don't pursue the same goals. At times, his church is persecuted by the religious church.

The difference between the church Christ is building and the religious church is in their character. While the people who make up the church Christ is building don't live for themselves, but for Christ's purpose, mission and kingdom, on the contrary, the religious church is made up of people who live for themselves. God is just a means to their own ends! They use God to build themselves, but constitute nothing meaningful to the cause of Christ. The greatest void in any society or nation is the absence of the church Christ is building. Ponder

MIRACLES AREN'T NEWS!

(What Is Not New, Can't Be News)

"Why is it considered incredible if God does raise the dead? Acts 26: 8.

Miracles of physical, material and financial breakthroughs aren't the purpose of the Gospel of the kingdom, but are merely bi-products. I am a believer in miracles and by God's grace, I've witnessed and still witnessing miracles in my life and ministry. However, it's crucial for us in this hour to know the truth about the kingdom of God. Christ is the author of the gospel of the kingdom, but before he came, there were already miracles. So, he didn't come because of miracles. You just have to read through the Old Testament and you will come across outstanding miracles of the magnitude unseen today, like the crossing of the red sea, the provision of manna from heaven, and the mass healing in the wilderness when the brazen serpent was raised. Not forgetting the miraculous prophetic ministry of Elijah / Elisha and others. So, Christ didn't come because of miracles, there were miracles before he came.

When purpose is not known, abuse is inevitable. The occultism, witchcraft and hypnotic manipulations practiced today within Pentecostal/ Charismatic circles by some individuals, is due to the overemphasis on miracles of physical, material and financial breakthroughs over the true message of the kingdom. Haven't we witnessed all sorts of miracles in the last and present decades, but why haven't we taken over our cities and nations? Why is the world fast degenerating right before our very eyes?

The reason is simple; there is much more about the kingdom of God we haven't understood nor made known to this sick world. Does that mean miracles are not important? That's not what I am saying; miracles have been there and will always be there, but attempting to make miracles the major theme of the gospel is "open idolatry." Are we not seeing the abuse going on in the name of miracles all over the world? Are we not seeing the mass deception and manipulations? When are we really going to wake up to the reality of what the kingdom of God is about?

"Why is it considered incredible if God does raise the dead? Acts 26: 8. Why is it considered incredible if blind eyes open and the lame walk in a meeting of the saints? Paul was simply saying that, even if God raises the dead, it's no news. But what have we done? We have made things, which aren't news, headline news. There were people Christ healed, but he told them to tell no one, why? It's no news! Christ doesn't heal or perform miracles to make news; he does heal out of compassion for those afflicted. Mark 7:31-37. Matt 8:1-4.

I know I am confronting the "idol" of the Pentecostal/ Charismatic movement, God, I'm in your hands, help me! John the Baptist performed no miracle, but he raised a dead generation and effectively prepared the way of the Lord.

People come to most of our churches today not to seek God nor to establish a relationship with him, and to discover his kingdom and purpose, but to see and receive miracles. We have produced fake preachers and Christians than any other generation in Christian history. We have unconsciously given the devil a license to transform his agents into "ministers of God" since we have made people to think it's all about miracles. We've individuals parading themselves as "Apostles," "Prophets," "Evangelists," "Pastors" and "Bishops" with no knowledge of God's word; ask them what salvation and the kingdom are about, and you would be surprised by the level of ignorance they will exhibit, but instead of seeking to know the Lord, they are looking for power. How dangerous is power without knowledge!

Brethren, we are in real danger if nothing happens to stop this madness. The Anti-Christ is anticipating a sweeping and easy breakthrough with his fake miracles because we seem to be unconsciously preparing the way for him.

I hereby announce a revolution against the madness going on. I've been prepared for this hour; very soon, the prophets of Baal of this generation will soon meet with their Waterloo. The Elijah's are here; to turn the hearts of the people back to God! Those who have ears should use them well to hear. Let the revolution begin! DrBenard Etta

There are people who get so offended by statements like the one I just made about the kingdom of God being the answer and not religion. I've come to the realization that, the maladies of this generation can't be cured by a polite sugarcoated sermon preached from behind a wooden pulpit or a passionless lecture delivered within the corridors of  power  or  in our academic institutions. The true cost of freedom is nothing, but the truth revealed and received.

It is important to note that, the truth is always hidden and the knowledge of the truth is only revealed. It takes the revelation and effective propagation of the truth to transform and restore all things into harmony with the Truth that governs all things. The obstacle to the above breakthrough is our substitution of the kingdom of God for religion and religion for the kingdom.

The kingdom of God is not a religion, but a "civilization," which can be lived, experienced and established on this earth. It is the one and only "civilization," with what it takes to restore the harmony between humanity and divinity, and the harmony between humans in relation to all other living species and harmony with the earth.

No human civilization has ever succeeded in achieving this wholesome harmony, which is the actual cure of our human predicaments. We are living in a dysfunctional world and environment and consciously and unconsciously living dysfunctional lives. This state of disequilibrium is what created all the maladies in our humanity and in our environment.

When the revelation of the kingdom is download from eternity into time, it comes with the fullness of what it takes for us to experience life, more abundantly. What is this abundant life? It is the wholesome harmony between humans and God, and harmony between humans in relation with other living species and harmony with the earth. This is the kind of harmony experienced in heaven and the harmony, which existed in the garden of Eden before the fall. And, it takes the kingdom of God for this harmony to be possible.

The kingdom of God is what makes heaven what it is, if you take away the kingdom of God from heaven, you would have a mini hell. Thus, wherever the kingdom of God is extended, heaven is ushered there. Jesus greatest passion was not to establish denominations (Catholism, Protestantism and Pentecostalism), but to restore the revelation and understanding of the kingdom of God to humanity.

For Jesus dream of the kingdom to be realized in this generation, we would have to be born-again, again! Some people think born-again is an evangelistic message for sinners. No! It is a message to the church; Jesus was not addressing a publican when he made the born-again statement, he was talking to a teacher of the law and of the Jews. Nicodemus was a highly significant religious personality among the Jews, but Christ confronted him with the need of being born-again, as the only guarantee for revelation and access to the kingdom.

It's time for the born-again to be born again, again. When this takes place, we would be given access to the revelation and understanding of the kingdom of God and the wisdom to implement/ establish the kingdom on the earth. This message is not for everyone, but to those it was given. Don't try to understand it with your head; apply your heart. The Spirit of God is present to give you illumination. DrBenard Etta

Strategy To Prevent Tragedy!

You May Not Stop All Actions Against You, But You Can Frustrate The Intentions Behind The Actions!

"Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution." 2Tim 3:12

If you are truly on God's side in this world where wrong has been given the place, which should be reserved for right and error is sitting on the throne, rightly belonging to truth, the scripture says, you shall suffer persecution. Persecution isn't something we can prevent, but it's important to know what it takes, to frustrate the intention behind every action against you. This isn't an unfamiliar subject, but my goal is to speak to someone who may be confused about his or her situation.  Some of the stubborn situations faced by God's elect in several areas aren't ordinary life's challenges, but outright persecution against them.

In fact, throughout my 30 years of walking with the Lord, I can't remember any time in my experience, when I lived without facing some sort of persecution. It's important to know that, persecution is in dimensions. There are physical, spiritual, economic and social persecutions. However, the intention behind the above persecutions, is to create a negative momentum to shift the focus, consecration and dedication of a man or woman of God from his or her conviction, revelation, purpose and mission (To shift from the narrow road to the broad road).

God willing, in my next post, I'll elaborate more on economic or financial persecution because it's one of the most severed persecutions used by the forces of darkness with the intention of applying pressure on God's elects who are contending for the faith, which was once delivered to the saints, to choose the path of compromise in order to ease their economic situation. It's so unfortunate that so many of God's people have fallen prey to this line of persecution. The compromise and marriage between the "church and Satan" in most quarters of Christendom is a result of the attempt by some to find easy ways to turn-around their financial fortunes. Watch out for more insight on economic/ financial persecution.

Listen! The most powerful way to overcome any persecution against you, is for you to refuse to give the enemy what she wants. I mean, refusing to allow the intentions behind the actions against you to materialize. When you take this stand, it may not be comfortable, but the truth is, no matter how long it takes, one day, the Lord will turn your captivity and send your captors into captivity. Talk to you later! Have a blessed weekend. DrBenard Etta

Christ didn't take the multitudes up the mountain; he took disciples. In some instances, he took just three disciples from among the twelve. Why? Multitudes want to belong (to identify with the glory and not to be a part of the story), but disciples want to become (they want to learn what it takes to be like their leader). Belonging and becoming are the distinguishing traits separating multitudes from disciples.

Disciples see the climbing process as part of what is required to get a better view of things, but multitudes question it. Multitudes would say, if God is involved, why is the climbing hard? Multitudes serve God for convenience and can't tolerate discomfort, but disciples are willing to carry their cross as the follow in the footsteps of the master.

Attempting to take the multitudes up the mount may attract stoning from them before you ever get to the middle of the mountain. We were commissioned to make disciples, not to establish empires of multitudes. Disciples will stick to a vision when the going is tough and rough, but multitudes only appear when everything is set up, with  "fish and bread" for consumption.

The kingdom of God is advanced not by the multitudes who profess to belong to the kingdom, but by the few disciples who are willing to follow the master up the mount, despite the challenges of making it to the mountain top.

2016 is another opportunity to made disciples and not just to bath in the deceptive acclamation of the multitudes. Today, they say hosanna and the next minute they same people are saying crucify him. Depending on the multitudes to stand with you to advance the kingdom vision God has given to you is just like leaning on a broken staff. In the light of this message, are you a disciple or a part of the multitudes? Ponder! DrBenard Etta

There is a superior civilization (a way of living, a way of looking at things and a way of doing things) with a unique culture known as the "kingdom of God." It isn't a religion, but the reality of the life intended by God for earthly experience before the foundation of the world. Adam&Eve sinned and lost the understanding and consciousness of the kingdom of God and as a result, they unconsciously established a very poor substitute of what God intended through successive generations of fallen men/ women, but when Christ came, he brought with him the kingdom of God. He lived, die and resurrected to pave the way for humanity to gain back the light of the revelation of the kingdom of God for earthly expression of all God intended and planned for humans and the earth. The most painful thing is that, this beautiful vision of Christ, to bring back the kingdom of God consciousness and understanding to humankind has been hijacked and turned into a religion of forms and rituals, which is actually an affront to the real kingdom dream of God.

Today, we have people in churches, parading themselves as God's kingdom citizens," but living and reflecting the darkness of the fallen human civilization and culture established by successive generations of fallen men and women, who were unregenerate-d and ignorant of the revelation of truth regarding the kingdom of God.

Several millions of people are satisfied with their religious experiences, which at times are but  little lights given to certain individuals at different times in Christian history on which their denominations were built, meanwhile they continue to live and operate at the outer courts of what God actually intended.

But here is the good news! A generation has arrived on this people's planet, with a mandate to take back God's kingdom dream from the hijackers and to reveal and demonstrate the truth about the kingdom of God to the whole world like no generation has ever done. Here, comes salvation; the kingdoms of this world will soon become the kingdoms of our God and his Christ. Don't get lost in baseless and senseless pursuit of religion at such a time as this. It's time to seek the Lord for light about the kingdom of God! Connect to collect! If I could be of any help to you in your pursuit of the truth about God's kingdom, feel free to contact me. I love you so much to tell you the truth. The kingdom of God is not a religious empire, but a superior civilization (a way of living, a way of looking at things and a way of doing things) with a unique culture, birthing a unique people with extraordinary mindset  and spirit, reflecting the aspirations of their father in heaven on earthly places! There is a vast difference between doing "church work" and doing kingdom work. One can be so occupied doing "church work" without touching the heart and soul of what kingdom work is about. Anyone can wake up from sleep and begin a "church work," but not kingdom work. That's why, we have churches in nearly every street corner in most nations, but that hasn't translated into significant transformation  in those nations. The reason for this failure is that, most churches are merely doing their own things and not real kingdom work.

When Jesus Christ, Moses and Elias were discussing serious matters on the mount of transfiguration, Peter awoke from his slumber with a request for three tabernacles to be built, one for Moses, one for Elias and one for Christ. The question is, was the building of three tabernacles part of the discussion Christ, Moses/ Elias were having? No! That's the difference between some "Church work" and kingdom work. Most so-called church work are completely outside  what bothers God's heart. When we try to do God's work without bothering about knowing God's heartbeat for a given time and what he expects us to do, what we would be doing is mere church work, with no real consequence. Unfortunately, that's the situation in several quarters.

Most so-called "Church work"are merely man's work done in God's name, but kingdom work is God's work (what God is doing in a season/ dispensation) revealed to an individual after a season of preparation.

"Church work" in several quarters today is all about people "using God" to build a place like the tower of Babel for themselves, but kingdom work is all about God, building and restoring people and things into harmony with himself through prepared vessels of his. We have millions of Church workers today the world over, but very few kingdom workers, which is why the world has become "churchy," but morally bankrupted and in disharmony with God. Church work can only serve God's kingdom interest if Christ is the head and leading the work in achieving God's ultimate interest on earth.   https://globalfaithcoalition.ning.com/

"REASON" TO BE SEASONED IN 2016

Time doesn't change anything; it's people who change things by employing time as a resource. The notion that a New Year is a sort of guarantee for new breakthroughs is a long time myth, with striking similarity to the illusive belief in Santa Claus. If you look around you, you would find people who celebrated 2015 thinking that it would bring them some miraculous breakthroughs. Instead, they had breakdowns. It's unfortunate that this same individuals have celebrated 2016 with the same illusive mindset fuel by ignorance and endorsed by people who are experts in telling people about possibilities, but not the wisdom to transform possibilities into reality.

Nothing happens by chance, even miracles are workable. That's why, the scripture speaks about the working of  miracles. The airplane is an aviation miracle; the mobile phone is a communication miracle, but all these didn't just appear, they were invented and made. I believe in miracles, but miracles only happen to people who are in the right place, at the right time, with the right knowledge/people, doing the right thing.

There is nothing wrong in celebrating a New Year with hopes and expectation for better things, but believing that the New Year is a pointer to new breakthroughs is not different from the belief in "Santa Claus." A New Year is simply a gift of time (resource), which demands for responsibility on our part for it to yield dividends.

If you do things the same way you did in 2015 in this new year, you don't need a prophet to tell you that you would have just the same old results you have been having. Life is governed by principles, which are greater than personalities and principalities. If you want new things in this new year, simply change the way you have been living and doing things (Repentance), which would require a new year's revelation, not resolution.

A new year's resolution is good, but it isn't the best. You need a new year's revelation to bring you into the change befitting for you in this new year. I encourage you to look for an environment where you can be taught the principles of life, not where you are simply hyped to throw your belief in fictions instead of truth. Stop being carried away by human manipulations, you need the truth that makes free. Ignorance and not demons is the greatest enemy of humanity. Stop trying to convert a wall into a door; reason to be seasoned. Think in order not to stink and sink. Workout your salvation! Ponder to be a wonder! Have a blessed New Year! DrBenard Etta

Technical Wisdom!

(My little loaves of bread and a few fish for those who want to go farther)

You can save your life, business, career, marriage, and ministry just by giving a listening ear to individuals God has endowed with wisdom, I mean individuals who have “stayed longer in their troubles, and are blessed with depths of wisdom and experience to share. I'm talking about Individuals who have been fighting in the Lord's battle, not those merely occupying religious positions. Individuals who survived what eliminated others and are walking in the present truth. When you don't know this, you risk falling into the temptation of thinking that such individuals should be running behind you either because of certain physical, financial or material advantages you may have.

The size of what one is doing and the affluence involved isn't necessarily an indication of maturity, vision, oversight and wisdom. I had a revelation a few minutes ago while asleep, in my dream, I saw a young man who has a large congregation, and as a result, he considered himself as someone on a special assignment, who should be regarded as a “God's General.”However, the Lord showed me that he was still immature and risk falling off the cliff if he doesn't humble himself to seek the wisdom of the wise.

A large venture or congregation doesn't make one a matured individual, it takes experience with the Lord and encounters in the Lord's battle to develop a “grey heart,” which is of more importance than a “grey head” in spiritual leadership. Arch Bishop Benson Idahosa of blessed memory, “my father, my father, the chariot of Israel and the horsemen thereof,” said; “Young men should not be overexcited in victory lest they will become proud and fall into the snare of the evil one.”

Those acknowledged as God's Generals in church history, didn't ascribe that to them-selves. People called them God's generals, but they didn't consider themselves to be that even though they were God's generals in all ramifications. In fact, it wasn't their ambition to be called or known as God's generals. They saw themselves as unprofitable servants of the Most High God, who were merely privileged to serve the needs of God's people. When we attribute to ourselves names and functions we aren't qualified for, we risk being eliminated by forces operating against those at the level of authority we have assumed, which we may not have the wisdom and experience to deal with. That's why, many come and go, some appear and disappear, and no one hears of them anymore.

Listen, never allow external successes to "swell your head," it's good to stay sober and approachable even at the height consider as the pinnacle of success. If you are not humble you may stumble. Ponder!DrBenard Etta

A Few days ago, my wife and I had a conversation on the negative effect of the vanities many are pursuing today in Christendom under the disguise of "The blessing of the LORD makes rich." and she requested to know my take on vanity. This is what I told her, I pray it blesses someone.

I said, "vanity is when someone in need of the basic things of life is told he or she can't be assisted and the individual who said so, buys an expensive watch, cloth, Shoes, Car, House, etc, worth several hundred or thousands of dollars within the same period.

Vanity is also when a minister of the gospel demands for an expensive car from the members of his or her congregation when they are still holding meetings in a rented building simply because other ministers in the same city are riding "infinity jeeps."

Vanity is also when people are staved simply because of a mammoth church building project, which only raises the ego of the leader."

Don't misquote me; I'm not against people having the good things of this life, but at what expense? The vanities pursued within Christendom today, even though under the pretext of expanding God's kingdom is just too alarming. It's just unfortunate that in most cases, only those at the top benefits and the ordinary masses that give out of the little they have are the victims.

It is more rewarding for a minister to empower the people with capital to begin small businesses than to leave them wallowing in poverty, while parading in the latest infinity jeep and living in a mansion worth several millions of dollars.

"Vanity of vanities," says the Preacher, "Vanity of vanities! All is vanity."

"Vanity is quest for the good things of this life above the value for other humans and God's kingdom interest on earth." Eccl 1:2

I once heard of a church with more members than the building could accommodate and the Pastor called for a meeting of the board of deacons to discuss the expansion of the church building. One of the deacons who was the richest among them, said; if there is no space for more people, they should ask those who can't manage the situation as it is to go to any other church. He said so because he was building a story-building for two of his daughters and he didn't want the church building expansion project to affect the finances for his ambitious project for his two daughters.

The church project was halted because of the strong influence of this rich guy. When he completed the story-building for his two daughters, on the day he took them there to officially hand the keys to them, the daughters went across the road to buy flowers and unfortunately a car crushed them and they died instantly. As the deacon stood on the other side of the road looking at the lifeless bodies of his daughters, he heard a voice," You refused to build me a house, but you built one for your two daughters, see now, they won't even enter it." Don't say God killed her daughters, it was the work of the devil, but his disobedience opened the door.

May God help us!DrBenard Etta

When we live in our cities and nations without a vision and a sense of mission to positively impact where we are, then we are unconsciously inviting a state of total chaos sooner or later, which may destroy everything we have worked for, I'm talking about those things we care for, which makes us nonchalant about the state of our cities and nations, except ourselves.

I'm speaking in parables!
I see people fleeing for their lives and leaving their children behind and children leaving their parents behind, with none caring about the other. I see churches/ institutions/ organisations/ going for months and even years without operating as each individual will be fleeing for his or her life. Those who have amassed wealth without purpose will care-less about their wealth and money as each individual will be running for safety.

It is very easy to survive such calamities if we have the understanding that the purpose of our existence is the reason for whatever God's providence has favored us with.

Where is your heart?
If your passion is all about getting the things of this life to compete and to showoff, you would be frustrated in the face of what is coming on the earth.

Most cities and nations of the world will soon experience total chaos; I mean a total breakdown of law and order. We haven't seen refugees; the refugee crisis will soon become so endemic to the point where people will refer death than living. There are nations that seem untouchable; those nations will soon be shaken to the core. Africans abroad should invest back home, nowhere like home. “The village you’ve neglected may soon become the only safest place for you and your family.”

How can we prevent the coming gloom and doom? We have to return to God with our whole hearts and stop the religious nonsense we are busy doing under our different religious canopies. We have to enlist in God's army and live a life of righteous, purpose and mission, using who and what we are to promote the kingdom of God; righteousness, justice, peace and love wherever we find ourselves.

Failure to impact our cities and nations with the principles and practices of the kingdom of God will leave us as refugees sooner or later, with each of us running for our lives. Any city or nation you find yourself in, work tirelessly with everything God has given you to bring the kingdom of God there. Be part of what God is doing beyond your small world. If we return to God genuinely and live for his purpose and plan, we may avert the coming owes. DrBenard Etta

Reasons why your church should be re-evangelized

In my opinion, taking Christ to "Christians" is a new mission challenge facing the 21st century church. We have more churchgoers today than in any other time in Christian history; knowing Christ is not their quest, but receiving the good things the kingdom of God can offer. This situation has made the "church" a new mission field in the 21st century. The irony is that, while we are doing the best we can, reaching those we consider as unsaved, it seems we are losing the war in our churches.

It's worth noting that, increasing denominational membership alone, without making people disciples of Christ and real kingdom ambassadors, who love the truth, and have the passion, and a sense of mission to see the kingdom of God come and his will to be done on earth as it is in heaven is a gross failure. The church has become a popular destination for many, but bringing this masses of churchgoers into a real knowledge of Christ has made taking Christ to "Christians" a 21st century mission challenge.

There is a difference between accepting the religion of Christianity and knowing Christ. Millions of sincere people are confusing both; they are busy in "churchianity," but have no personal relationship and knowledge of Christ. One of the missions of the NEW MOVE on this platform is to move individuals from pursuing ordinary "churchianity,"to knowing the one who was in the beginning and by him all things consist, Christ. Sign up and be a partaker of the new wine for new wine-skins. DrBenard Etta
