MONEY MISS ROAD!

Special May greetings to all my FB friends, I know some of you have been waiting for this write-up. "MONEY MISS ROAD" is a serious matter to ponder on because it is one of the sad realities of our times. I know that some of you are coming across the expression for the first time and you may be wondering what it is about. That said, let's begin our journey together by defining what "MONEY MISS ROAD" is about to make it easy for everyone reading to follow the conversation with understanding.

First, it is worth noting that "MONEY MISS ROAD" is not an English expression, but an expression in African broken English or Pidgin English.

"MONEY MISS ROAD" depicts the way some people live and the extravagant manner they spend money. If such money is placed in the hands of some other individuals with great hearts and vision, they would transform lives and their communities, societies, and nations in a great way. Therefore, "MONEY MISS ROAD" is simply money in the wrong hands or money in the hands of greedy, selfish and egoistic individuals.

I know this is a very sensitive and pluralistic topic because some people are of the opinion that a person is supposed to spend his or her money as they choose, which is a fact. That is why I encourage everyone reading this article to watch the video below. There are some things we are supposed to do differently not because of any law prohibiting us, but because of conscience, God's love and a sense of humanity and responsibility.

One of the things every human being needs is a healthy conscience and sense of humanity, without which we aren't different from animals. There are certain things our laws don't criminalize, for instance, how someone uses his or her money. However, if we have a good conscience and a sense of humanity, we will live our lives and do everything with a sense of morality, humanity, and responsibility.

Terrible things are happening around the world today in different communities, societies, and nations impacting the way millions of people live. Around the world, there are millions of hungry, homeless, sick people who are between life and death. Some are refugees fleeing from wars, persecutions and harsh economic realities in their countries. We have millions of orphans who have no one to look after them and to sponsor their education. And, millions of ladies caught up in prostitution, working for the sex industries as a way of having a livelihood and billions of people heading for eternal damnation without the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

If we are to list the plight of humanity today, it is a fact that the list would be endless. People are really suffering, and millions are dying, just visit Youtube and watch some documentaries. And if the plight of humanity today doesn't impact a person's way of life, somehow the individual may be in a condition one can only describe as heartless and insensitive.

I am not passionate about this topic because of the way some "fat cat" politicians, businesspeople, celebrity entertainers and others in the secular world live their lives and spend money extravagantly. I may focus on them in subsequent write-ups. What stirred my heart to write on this topic is what I see going on in Christendom today, especially among Christians and preachers, which seriously needs to be addressed. I know some church folks reading the above line will bring out their "Don't Judge" card, which has silence many voices within the church. The scripture gave us the right to judge the matters within the Church as members of the body of Christ. 1Cor 5:12

We Christians and preachers should know better, and we were supposed to be examples in our sense of judgment, morality, and responsibility towards the plight of humanity. Christ said, "we are the light of the world and the salt of the earth." We are supposed to be the alternative to the world's culture of greed, selfishness, inhumanity, insensitivity, and reckless, extravagant lifestyles. But the current madness in the extravagant way some Christians and especially some preachers live and spend money given to them by God's providence can be best described as "MONEY MISS ROAD."

Money is a powerful weapon of change in the hands of any individual with a healthy conscience, and a good sense of morality, humanity, and responsibility towards the plight of humankind. In some quarters of Christendom today, there is a notion that those walking in prosperity, who live and spend extravagantly are manifesting grace. Let me set the record straight, I'm not against prosperity, God promised to bless his children, and I am walking in the blessings of the Lord. I don't live in a Ghetto, I also love good things. However, I believe the mission of the church on earth calls for moderation, which is a vital biblical concept.

The church has one mission, and that is to reach the lost world, yet millions are perishing. The question is, is it time to live as "kings in palaces or time to give ourselves and what we have to get the job done? Why should a preacher who drives a $200.000.00 USD car and owns a fleet of such vehicles, wears a wristwatch of $10.000.00 USD and above, spends $2000.00 USD and above per night in hotels, etc., still ask for offerings from people who are merely struggling to survive? Why use money which can create jobs for hundreds of young people for a single vacation? Can someone talk to me! Greed blinds and selfishness makes people heartless.

Permit me to say this my Nigerian friends; If a Nigerian is bragging about being a multi-millionaire, he or she shouldn't only showcase his/ her hundreds and million dollar cars and mansions, they should go to Italy and get the Nigerian girls doing prostitutions off the streets and give them jobs. That's what it means to be rich!

I'm sorry, but I have to say this without any apology, if God opens our eyes, what we celebrate today in some quarters as grace is but gross disgrace. There are things only the Holy Spirit can convict a person. I sincerely pray for the conviction of the Holy Spirit in the way we live today as Christians and our present-day distorted stands on the message of grace and prosperity. The church in Africa was once financially poor, and we asked God for prosperity to enable us to reach our continent. God answered, but instead of pouring ourselves out to save as many lives before the doors close, we have instead turned ourselves and the prosperity he gave us into idols. We want to be worshiped because of our wealth. Could it be that ISIS, Boka-Haram, and others are a wake-up call to the church? Could it be, the fall of the Nigeria Naira is a handwriting on the wall for the church in Nigeria? Thinking out loud!

People are dying of hunger, millions of our youths are into arm robbery and prostitution because of harsh economic realities, and billions of souls are still in the valley of decision, etc, if God has blessed us in any way, let's sacrifice to impact our generation before it is too late. Let's save lives and give hope to the hopeless, time is running out!

Wasteful spending grieves the Holy Spirit. It is time for the church to repent before we can expect the politicians and others outside the church to follow. We will be judged by history and in eternity if our prosperity turns into "MONEY MISS ROAD." Oh, God, touch us and set our hearts ablaze for you! We brought nothing into this world and it is certain, we will take nothing out when our day of exit comes. What we give will follow us into our afterlife not what we amassed. The wise will listen! Remain blessed

There is a conspiracy to silence anyone out there who is not willing to buy the new age interpretation of scriptures and ideologies designed to accommodate deviant lifestyles and to make them look normal. I know you are familiar with their rhetorics, this is one commonly used today. I know you have heard it over and over. "Who are you to judge?" The hide behind the statement Christ made in Mattew 7:1 and use it as a modern-day weapon to silence anyone from speaking out against the negativities perpetuated in low and high places.

Listen! The word of God does not contradict itself except when taken out of context. The statement Christ made in Matthew 7:1 wasn't intended to silence anyone from "calling a spade a spade," but to caution us not to condemn anyone. One of the fundamental moral rights given to every human being is the entitlement to judge between Good and evil, darkness and light.

If our freedom to judge and to express our views especially on what the word of God clearly states, is taken away from us, then we would descend to the level of animals. And, that's where the "Left" wants to take us to, but we won't let them.

Meditate on the Scripture below.

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel. Butter and honey shall he eat, that he may know to refuse the evil, and choose the good. Isaiah 7:14-15

What you feed on, will determine your sense of judgment. The reason some Christians and even some Christian ministers fall for anything that has some charisma attached to it even though mixed with gross errors is that the kind of spiritual diet they feed on leaves them deficient of God's wisdom. Look at the scriptural text above; the child had to eat honey and butter to develop the sense to refuse evil and to choose good. When next I'm led, I will unveil to you what honey and butter represent.

Pentecostalism is in deep trouble because anyone can start a church or ministry even if they don't have healthy spiritual food to feed the flocks. And the effect is what we see today. Even when an error is manifesting itself so clearly, yet they will fight if possible to death to defend it.

"I don tire-oooh! E don pass me-oooh, but e no pass God." Pidgin

You can't imagine what is celebrated in some Pentecostal circles today as "grace." It is what the saints of old and the Patriarchs of faith will bow their heads in shame and weep. Where is our sense of judgment?

You see people who should be leading others following what can only be best described as pure madness. What has happened to our sense of judgment? Why can't the saints, whom the scripture says shall judge the world, judge little matters?

Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? 1Cor 6:2-3.

Did you hear what the scripture says, "if you shall judge the world, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?"

If we can't discern between right and wrong, good and evil, facts and fictions, truth and error, how on earth can we judge rightly?

There are those propagating a lie that we are to believe whatever trash that comes out of someone's mouth in the name of revelation or prophecy. Read what the scripture says below. "Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge."
1 Cor 14:29. Did you hear that?

"Na man of God talk-am, you just get to obey." Yes, there was a time men of God were fully trusted, but with so many individuals today masquerading as men and women of God without the character that goes with the office, you have all the right to double check and check and check again and again every prophecy. And if someone often comes out with prophecies, which end up as untrue, it is ignorance to keep looking up to such a person.

If you are eating malnourished spiritual diet, how on earth can you discern when a prophecy is from the "prophet," but not from God? The times are dangerous, so many "Prophet Simons the Sorcerer" are out there, if you are not deep in the word of God, you would be in danger of being misled.

Do you know that God can elevate someone to the level where he or she can judge his house? To know when his house is not in alignment with God and to speak out, but this level of authority is not something you merely assume. Zechariah 3: 7.

Let no one silence you anymore with the "don't judge" rhetoric. Speak out when it is necessary. When you judge base on the word of God that something is not right, don't be silent about it, speak-out. The triumph of evil is the silence of good people.

Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. Isaiah 58: 1.
Stay blessed.

"PASTORS" ARE HUMANS AND SO WHAT?

Not many should become teachers, my brothers, knowing that we will receive a stricter judgment. James 3:1

I encourage all and sundry in ministry and those wishing to become ministers of God to read the above scripture in different translations for a clearer understanding. The truth will make you free.

One of the statements we hear more often today is that "Pastors, Apostles, Prophets, Bishops, Evangelists, etc. , are humans just like any other person." My response to the above is, "and so what? Read this note with your heart to understand the reason for my response.

I don't think anyone needs to be schooled to know that ministers of the gospel are humans. After all, If you are not a plant or an animal, but a man or woman, you are human. You don't need to go to school to know that Gospel ministers are humans.

However, what should bother every sincere Christian is the hidden agenda of the forces of darkness behind this repeated narrative.

It is a fact that some people of God faith just want people everywhere to know that God should be the one we focus on, not the human vessels he uses, and that's the truth. We are supposed to serve God under the leadership of those he has placed to watch over us and help us grow in the knowledge of Christ without making them gods over us. However, there is another hidden agenda behind the above narrative, which is my reason for writing this note.

James 3:1 says, "Not many should become teachers, my brothers, knowing that we will receive a stricter judgment."
Why?
If you don't ask questions, you can't derive answers. Why did the Scripture say that those who teach the word will have a stricter judgment? The reason is simple, they are expected to know better and to uphold the standard they preach and teach for the people to follow.

Throughout the history of the Christian church, this understanding has made a tremendous impact on the character of those who stood before the people on God's behalf. That's why ministry is " life and death matter." It is not a platform for showmanship nor a noble career for the unemployed. James the Apostle said, it shouldn't be something every Tom, Dick or Harry jumps into because the judgment of those in the ministry shall be stricter.

The agenda of the forces of darkness is to destroy the sanctity of the ministry and ministers by pushing the narrative that "Pastors are humans just like any other person" to create excuses for immorality and other forms of indecency among gospel ministers. We know that pastors are humans because they are not plants or animals, but the question is, and so what?

So, are we saying that Apostles, Prophets, Pastors, Teachers, Evangelists, etc. should live their lives just like any other person without any difference? Are they just professionals that teach the Bible for a living, and shouldn't be held to the standard of what they preach and teach? Let me speak Nigeria Pidgin for a second. Wahala dey-ooooh!

Listen! That is what the forces of darkness desire to get out of the repeated narrative of "pastors are humans like any other person." I know some of you never saw it that way, but as a watchman, it is my duty to alert you. The devil is a liar, ministers of God are supposed to be examples of what they preach and teach. That's what the Bible says and what should be expected. 1Peter 5:2-3.

I use this platform to sound an alarm and to declare to everyone in ministry and those desiring to be ministers. Listen! If you are not willing to take advantage of the grace of Jesus Christ, who also walked the earth in human form, but overcame for us all, to live and serve God in truth and righteousness, Please, I call on you to quit the ministry now! Let's stop this double standard!

If the devil succeeds to sell the narrative that pastors are just like any other human being, they too can sex around, take drugs, watch porn, dance to the immorality of Hollywood, etc, then he has destroyed the ministry not only for this generation but also for the future, and we must not let him.

If a Pastor falls, he or she is supposed to repent and get right with God instead of using the narrative of "pastors are humans just like any other person" as an excuse to attract sympathy from people. My message to ministers of the gospel is simple. If you want to live like any other human being, Resign now.! DrBenard Etta

LET'S RENEW OUR MINDS!

There is a difference between the knowledge of the gospel "before" and "after" the death and resurrection of Christ. It is important for every New Testament minister to have this understanding. For instance, one of my mentees met with me one-on-one to enquire about the place of healing in the 21st- century church. My response was immediate, I told him, we are shifting from healing to health.

Why?
Before the death and resurrection of Christ, the price of salvation, redemption, and restoration of humanity was not paid. Thus, it was all about healing, but after the death and resurrection of Christ, health for all became the agenda because the price was fully paid.

The reason we still have several healing schools all over the place, but few schools of health is because our understanding of the gospel in several quarters of Christendom is still wrapped in the knowledge of the Gospel before the death and resurrection of Christ. We are yet to enter into the comprehension of the New Testament revelation, and if we do, we will usher this generation into a place of glory.

When I received this understanding some years ago, I began seeking the Lord for insight into the health for all agenda, and my quest led me to some discoveries, which I penned down in my book titled "the 21st-century health plan. Health is a possibility in this sick world, but we can only walk in health through the knowledge of the truth on health for the "total man."

It is time to change our healing crusades to health campaigns. The vision of the Pharmaceutical industry is not health for all since they profit from the malaise of humanity. The kingdom of God is the perfect alternative to the world's system, and its agenda is not just the healing of the sick, but health for the total man (Body, Soul & Spirit). If the church promotes healing without health, then we are not different in our motives from the Pharmaceuticals.

When are we going to have congregations where there is no sick or diseased person? When are we really going to see healthy communities brought about by the health impact of the church? Have we lost faith in total health?

Listen, to have a healthy congregation or community requires a church with an integrated health vision for the whole man( Body, Soul, and Spirit). Christ took our diseases not to leave us coming back for healing time and time again, but to bring us into his life. Christ Jesus walked on earth for thirty-three and a half year, and he was never hospitalized or found in a weak condition for any health reason, that is the life he died to bring us into.

I heard this message 32 years ago, and since then I have never needed another physician. Some years ago, I started to bring up children after "Christ kind," and some of them are today celebrating more than a decade of healthy living. They don't need me to lay hands or anoint them anymore, Old things are truly passed away, and all things have become new. What is the essence of celebrating Easter without the dividend of the season?

I'm tired of religion! If Christ died and resurrected indeed as we believe, then let's stop the religiosity and embrace the package his death and resurrection brings. We could be the first generation whose gospel impact in communities and cities would lead to healthy towns and cities. It is possible, we need to stop entertaining ourselves with healing miracles and work towards the emancipation of humanity from sicknesses and diseases.

This is a more robust kingdom agenda, not for "Pharmaceutical churches," but "thy kingdom come" ministers and ministries. It is a 21st-century gospel challenge, are we ready? Ponder!DrBenard Etta

I hope and pray that this brief note by God's grace will introduce you to "The Art of the Deal" from a spiritual perspective. I know some theologians may be curious to find out what I'm up to this time. Can the theologians relax, we are going somewhere. It is important to understand that one can attract certain blessings "by mistake," I mean even when certain spiritual conditions aren't fully met, but there are other breakthroughs you can't have that way. In fact, heaven only releases such blessings on the basis of a deal. Someone must arise who understands the deal required to move the Godhead into action for certain breakthroughs to happen in the earth realm. I hope I haven't gotten into trouble with theologians! Relax, God is taking us somewhere called "Forward" in our understanding of his ways of operation.

Listen! If you have to spend hours binding and loosing as a child of God just to have a good night rest, there is something you don't yet know. If you have to "beg" for prayers everywhere prayers are offered, there is something you don't yet know. If you have to travel from your country like Naaman, to seek healing, deliverance or whatever from anyone as a child of God, there is something you don't yet know. The scripture says, "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge." It didn't say God's people are destroyed because of Satan and all the principalities and powers in heavenly places.

A Pastor who has been in ministry for more than 30 years once came to my office to inform me about his plans to travel to Nigeria for prayers for "ministerial breakthrough," I told him if he has no use for the transport money, he should give it to me. He went and came back and is still where he was in everything and even worse. Listen, travel for knowledge, don't travel to receive prayers. Job 36:3.

Traveling to seek prayers is an Old Testament pattern, not New Testament. You can pray by yourself and have "whatever," if you understand "The Art of the Deal" via prayers. The money most people spend searching for what is not lost can earn them a fortune. Christianity, especially in Sub-Sahara Africa, is turning into something else. We need light to dispel this darkness.

God didn't appoint Apostles, Prophets, Teachers, Evangelists and Pastors to serve as prayers distributors, but as custodians of the revelation of the kingdom and the will of God by which humanity can find rest in this troubled world. Eph 4:11-14.

Every man, woman, boy or girl can have whatever breakthrough they need without the mediation of any pastor, prophet or priest if they only understand "The Art of the Deal" from God's perspective. In the New Testament, Christ is the only mediator between God and man, not any Prophet, Pastor Or Priest. The Purpose of the five-fold ministry is to point people to the way, the truth, and the life, the tripartite dimensions of the revelation of Christ by the Word of God. I feel like preaching!

The kingdom of God can't advance on earth if as God's people we choose to remain as babes in our understanding. Hebrews 5:12. It is time to grow up!

My mother had a disease for 30 years before she came to know Christ. Just like the woman with the issue of blood, she suffered many things in the hands of Physicians and African NATIVE doctors. She once told us how she slept in a graveyard in search for a solution to her predicament. But when she got the knowledge of the truth, she didn't need any man but God, and she got her healing alone with God.

The Gifts of healing and others were given to empower the church to reach the world, not the church. I know I just smashed the brazen serpent just like Nehemiah did to move the nation of Israel beyond their past into the future. 2 Kings 18:4. Let the revolution begin!

What is a deal? A deal is an agreement entered into by two or more parties for their mutual benefit. God is a deal maker, in fact, the New Testament is God's New Deal with humanity. The understanding of God's New Deal and the Art of deal making with God are powerful keys to ultimate triumph in the earth realm. I'll end here for today, I hope to come back with in-depth insight on this subject. Remain blessed! DrBenard Etta

The greatest test in life is the endurance test. That is, the tenacity to hold on, keep going and remaining resolute and focused on a goal, vision or mission despite contrary circumstances. Endurance grace is what distinguishes spiritual adults from children.
The fathers of faith we celebrate in scripture and in contemporary times, although they were different in many respects, one commonality runs through their "bloodline," they were graced with endurance. That is also what distinguished them from some preachers today of the microwave generation, whose ambition is to register material and financial success in ministry, but with nothing of worth to pass on to the next generation.
Certain valuable kingdom treasures are only handed to those, heaven can trust, and it is good to note that this "trust" comes only after being tested. 1 Tim 1:12
Those of you saying you are sons or daughters of the Arch-Bishop Benson Idahosa of blessed memory and you only know about his global impact and not the endurance, which brought him there, I can say boldly that you have no real clue about the greatest Apostolic leader Africa ever produced.
Most of the young people seeking for mentorship today have one weakness running through their veins, they lack the grace of endurance. They find "waiting" to be old-fashioned, and that makes me worried about their future.
It takes time and sometimes, several years of steadfast commitment and endurance to be trusted with a substantial Divine deposit for one's generation. Most people who come from nowhere and suddenly rise to prominence and fame are most of the time associated with criminality or diabolic mysticism. God is not a magician, and he does not raise people overnight. Those he calls, he prepares, equips and sends.
It is not how great one began that really matters, but how determined one is to reach the goal God has set without compromising the instructions received at the beginning of one's journey.
When you pray for certain things to change and God's answer is "WAIT," it is your endurance that is being tested. Meditate on the following scriptures. 1Peter 5:10, Hebrews 6:12, James 5:10-11, Matt 10:22. May God give you the grace of endurance; without it, great destinies are cut-short and some aborted. After the endurance process, men and women of exceptional quality usually emerge. Ponder! DrBenard Etta

Is it just for us to have religious titles attached to our names? Is it for us to build buildings all over the place to gather people for weekly activities? Is it a noble profession for wealth creation? Thinking out loud!

When the purpose of a thing is not known, abuse of it is inevitable. After 32 years of walking with the Lord, I can say aloud to those who care to listen that Christ didn't institute ministry for religious activities, or as cheap path to fame, wealth, and opportunity to travel the world, etc.

The ministry is a Divine vehicle via which Christ intends to build his church, "not our church," as a bride, without spot and wrinkles. Eph 5:27.

That said, it is important for us to look at a few targets for real ministry work as written in Ephesians 4: 11-15.

1) Perfecting the saints.

2) Equipping the saints for the work of the ministry.

3) Edification of the body of Christ

4) Bringing the saints into the Unity of the faith, not unity of Churches. Take note!

5) Bringing the people of God into the knowledge of the Son of God, and unto a perfect man.

6) Bringing God's people unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ.

7) Graduating God's people from being children who are tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine.

8) Empowering the Saints to speak the truth in love, growing up in all things in Christ.

After looking at the above targets and divine expectations for ministry, these are some of the questions I am bothered about.

1) Are the programs we are having under our different denominational and ministry roofs achieving these targets?

2) Do we bother about meeting these goals or we are just enjoying the fame, recognition, wealth, and other things associated with the ministry today?

3) Are the thousands of young people entering the ministry today conscious about the seriousness attached to the above objectives and are they on fire to meet these targets in the course of their ministry work?

4) Do we evaluate our ministry work in the light of Eph 4:11-15.

5) Messages like "this witch must die," operation pull down the walls of Jericho, 24-hours miracle seed, and others we have been preaching, how far have they helped us to meet these targets for ministry?

6) Is there any relevance for denominations or ministries not focused on these objectives for ministry?

7) Shouldn't Christians have the right to flee from any ministry that careless about God's program for the church?

These are some of the questions I have been pondering on this morning. The activities of churches are all time high than any other time in history, but it seems we are merely running our shows, enjoying ourselves and counting and showing off our financial gains at the expense of accomplishing God's agenda. May God help us!

If you care about doing God's work the way it should be done, we are inviting you to meet us in Dodoma, Tanzania, 20th-24th of September for the GFC 2017 Great Lake Global Summit on the 21st-century church. Contact us for information on registration and others. Be blessed! DrBenard Etta

THE PRICE FOR SOUL REVOLUTION!

Matthew 16: 25.
For whosoever will save his life shall lose it.

The price for soul revolution has not changed; it is still what it has always been; you either choose it or the path of less resistance. Those who choose the path of less resistance, live only to put food on their tables, own a house, cars, money in the bank and maybe a successful career or business, and that ends their quest and pursuit in life. When talking about impacting and changing a generation positively, count them out. On the contrary, those who choose soul revolution, live to light their generation by their life and impact, and they graciously accept the challenges that go with it.

Great souls in history and contemporary times which changed the world and impacted their generation, demonstrated by their life that achieving comfort and convenience is not all about life! We can embrace the call to live or die for noble causes than merely settling for our interest. The gospel and the Bible we take for granted today were given to us by a generation that didn't know comfort and convenience because they chose to fulfil their purpose over self-aggrandizement. To them, the kingdom of God was not about "meat and drink." If you gave that generation the internet, satellite television, and the many other things we have today, they would have changed the world of their time. Our greatest handicap today is our lack of passion for our purpose and obsession for the goddess of comfort and convenience. We need soul revolution!

What Is Soul Revolution?
It is the transformation that takes place within an individual's soul, which inspires the individual to choose a path of life that may lead to sufferings, refusing alternatives for comfort and convenience for a cause greater than the individual personal gains. Christ walked that path, and the Apostles and Prophets in the Bible did the same, as well as countless other people in history and contemporary times.

If you are for soul revolution, you can't live like everyone around you. You can't go where everyone goes to, or sleep and wake like everyone does, or eat and drink like everyone. If you want to be used of God to inform, transform, and inspire your generation in a significant way, it will cost you everything and still demands more. However, it is the most glorious way to live on earth.

The teachers of the law in the days of Christ and the Apostles had distinguished ecclesiastical careers, but who is talking about them today? Who is reading their books or taking their cues from them? The answer is simple, none! Did they take the money they made to the world beyond? Did they take all the ecclesiastical titles they heap on themselves along when they exited the earth? Naked we came and naked shall we leave. Ecclesiastes 5, verse 15. Job 1, verse 21.

It is nice to have a good career and the good things of life, but life is more than that, and the earlier we learn that, the better. It is noble to live a life that lives a legacy worth remembering in time and eternity.

Some of the great lives we celebrate today died to live the life they lived and the impact they made in their time. I "died" years ago, and the life I am living now is centred on one thing, birthing the revolution I was sent on earth to inspire. Looking at the priorities of today's generation, one can't help but weep. Sadly, the younger generation today are looking for shortcuts, and they treat the truth with contempt. But there is an emerging generation the Lord is rasing that will leave their footprints on the sand of times.

If you desire to be a part of the generation we are talking about, you will need thorough mentorship to learn the dynamics of living a life that counts both in time and eternity. You need to learn in the School of the Word and the Spirit and under those carrying the "revolutionary" fire for this era.

Let me repeat! "The price for soul revolution has not changed; it is still as it has always been." If you are merely looking for a comfortable life and nothing more, you may go down in history as any ordinary human being. If you want to fulfil the purpose for which you came into this world, you have to live for more than what ordinary individuals have settled for. May God open our eyes!

Life is lived once, and if you waste yours, you can't have it back. It is time to wake up and live for higher goals. Live to fulfil your divine purpose, and all other things will shape up progressively.

(The key to identifying causes and effects)

I know some of you are wondering why despite the different efforts in several quarters and by various individuals, groups, organizations, churches, and governments to make the world better and not bitter, instead things are getting worse. As I was pondering about the state of the world this morning, one fact came to mind, "humanity is operating in different spheres by their own manmade principles and systems of doing things and not the one God ordained. That is the cause behind the unfortunate state of affairs in the church as well as in the world.

Some mechanics are able to change the original system of a car or an appliance, and it will still function, but not with the quality and potency of the original system put in place by the manufacturer.

Everything in existence has a "system" of operation as defined and designed by the Almighty. Understanding the actual governing principles and operational systems of things is part of what Christ meant when he said, "you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." The truth as we know refers to the person of Christ, but it's also inclusive of the understanding of life's governing principles and operational systems. When we are ignorant of life's governing principles and operational systems, we won't be able to recognize the cause of our problems and how to fix the things deteriorating in our personal lives, societies, and nations.

I believe in prayers, and I live a life of prayers, but the notion that prayer is the answer to all human plight is ignorance on fire. You can't pray and change society or nation where there is a deliberate violation of God's original principles and system of operation. To such a society or nation, it is not a matter of if it will collapse, but when it will collapse. Most of our nations and societies will sooner or later hit the rocks, we can pray as much as we can, but if the people refuse to walk in the principles of God and his established system of doing things, even God won't be able to help them.

Some twenty years back, I was praying for a pastor I loved so much for a breakthrough in his ministry. And, one night, I had a vision where Christ was standing with the pastor on the pulpit, giving him advice on how to move to another level in ministry, but the pastor refused to follow the master's instruction. In fact, I heard him saying to the Lord, "this is not how we do it in our church." Did you hear that? A pastor telling the Lord, "this is not how we do it in our church." So, who is the head of that Church, Christ or the pastor? I will leave that to you people to debate about.

After that revelation, the Lord told me to pray for other things, not for that Pastor because he has made up his mind to follow his own ways and not God's ways. Listen! Before you fast and pray for someone or a nation, try to find out the cause of their "wahala." If it is a matter of principles violated, you better advice the person or people involved to return to the right principles and operational system. Any other solution out of this is cosmetic and won't last. I have a lot to say on this subject, but let's call it a day and hope for another opportunity to share more light on this crucial subject. WHY THE CHURCH IS NOT CHANGING SOCIETY!

Foundation Scripture: Matthew 5, verse 13 to 16.
"Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt has lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

The church can have tremendous influence in shaping the moral, social, cultural and spiritual character of every community, society, and nation. She is supposed to be the light and salt of every community, city, society and nation. However, in a situation where the church imbibes the "culture," it was supposed to change her light will become darkness. The transformation of a negative culture by the church requires a church leadership and movement with a visionary character; spiritually, mentally, socially and intellectually developed.

When we evaluate the impact of the church in a society by the size of church auditoriums, congregations and the opulence of church leaders, we miss the major and start majoring on minor. The transformation of the character of a society where the church operates is the measuring rod of the impact of the church.

For instance, looking at our African nations and the number and size of churches within every nation, one should expect to see countries with a strong moral, social, cultural and spiritual character, but that isn't the case. Why? How I wish this question becomes a topic in every interdenominational gathering.

The goal of this message is to help us understand why the number of churches in our nations has not translated into any meaningful transformation in our nations. If the churches are a part of the problem instead of the solution, they can't serve as God's transformational agents.

Christ said; you can't take out the mote from someone's eyes if you have a beam in your eyes. Matthew 7 : 3 -5.

Those words contain the principle required for the church to change the character of any society or nation she operates within. The church can't have the moral authority to bring the needed changes in the moral, social, cultural and spiritual character of a nation if the church is a victim of the same. Darkness can't cast out darkness.

So, the power of the church is in being the church, not in any other thing. Big buildings, bank accounts, assets and others may have their place, but they do not determine the impact of the church.

What does being the church means? The word "Church," in Latin ecclesia, and Greek "ek-ka-lein," means to "call out of. "The church is supposed to be "a call out" people in every nation; not a part of the corruption, political and social madness, the culture of greed, and egotism going on in a country. When the church in a society descends to the level of the people who don't know the Lord, she will exist as "noise" and not a voice.

"We are in the world and not of the world" as the Bible says, is the best biblical description of the church, which can cure the moral, social, spiritual and cultural malaise of a nation. In a situation where the values of the church, sense of direction, and character is same as that of the country she operates within, it becomes practically impossible for the church to become an agent of transformation within the nation.

For instance, when ordinary politicians loot a nation's wealth and use part of the money to support church projects and the churches see no problem with that, how on earth can the church serve as a voice against corruption?

When church leaders amass so much wealth when their people are languishing in poverty, how on earth can the church speak out against the culture of impunity and self-aggrandizement among the nation's elites?

When money becomes the determining factor of the place one occupies in a church, how on earth can the church change the cultural value where money is crowned king," which is why some young men and women get into arm robbery, prostitution, and other vices to meet up?

When the messages from the pulpit glorify the mindsets and attitudes, which the church was supposed to be speaking against, how on earth do you think the church can serve as the light in a dark world?

In a society of selfishness, racism, and individualism, if these same attitudes are evident in the character of the church, she would become a toothless bulldog. A toothless bulldog will bark, look tough and intimidating, but can't bite. Is this the picture of the church in your nation? The church needs change, and you and I can become that change. Let's seek the Lord for the transformation of the church into the light and salt of the earth. That is the breakthrough required for the church to transform society. We pray that this message serves the purpose the Holy Spirit ordained it in Jesus name!

Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he comes and rains righteousness upon you.

Hosea 10 : 12.

How I Wish You Listen & Ponder!

2011121?profile=RESIZE_1024x1024

Matthew 24, verse 38 to 39.
For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the [very] day when Noah entered the Ark, and they did not know or understand until the flood came and swept them all away.

The above biblical text is familiar to all students of the word, but it contains rare insights we desperately need for our preservation. Please, take a second look at the text, what do you see and hear?

Mark the words, "For as in those days before the flood." Let me say this to those who care to listen. What you do before trouble comes matters a lot. You can never win a battle you didn't prepare for or saw coming. Whatever surprises you may defeat you.

I know you are wondering where I am driving to. Listen! Preservation is only for the prepared! You play today; you pay tomorrow.

What were the people doing before the flood? The answer is right there in the same scripture. "They were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage." The question is, what is wrong with that? Biblically speaking, there is nothing wrong with the above actions, there are a part of our everyday's life. So, if there was nothing outrightly wrong with eating, drinking, getting married or giving in marriage, why did the scripture inform us about the preoccupation of the people by these activities before the flood? If you don't ask a question, you can't find answers.

Before we get into the possible answer to our question, it is good to compare the people of that time with Noah, the only man whose actions saved him and his family. What was different about him from the people? Do you think Noah fasted and didn't eat or drink all through the time he was building the Ark? I believe he did, but why was he saved and the others perish?

Let's imagine a situation where students are partying a day to their official exam, and while the party was still going on, one of the students slip away to do some reading. What outcome do you envisage for those who continued partying till late in the night and later retired to their beds and the student who returned home early to study? I'm sure you know the answer!

The scripture says, "For as in those days before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage."

What was the problem with these people?

1) They thought life was all about eating, drinking, marrying and giving in marriage. "Enjoyment extravaganza!"

2) They were "lost" in their 'partying', and they didn't see the handwriting on the wall.

3) They ignored the warning of the only man who "saw tomorrow," but gave their ears to those "prophet-lying" to them, telling them it's all fine and shall remain so."

4) In their deceived minds, they thought Noah was mad, and the rain he was talking about will never come, and even when the rain started, they saw it as another rainy season that would soon go away. So, they continued in their partying until the flood swept them away.

Christ said as it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in our day. The handwritings are boldly written on the walls of our nations and societies; sadly, many people do not see the handwriting because of their addiction to pleasure and the pursuit of their egoistic ambitions.

For those of you living in the United States, God just spared you by the election of Donald J. Trump, but I can't guarantee you much if you fail to see the hand of God in his election and instead choose to fight against his presidency.

For those of you in Nigeria, you should be repenting on behalf of the church in Nigeria and Nigeria as a nation, to avert a very dark scenario.

To those in Cameroon, the Titanic may soon hit an iceberg; "you need life jackets," but pray and keep praying "peradventure."

The years ahead of the human race will be challenging, let no one fool you with baseless prophecies. Prepare for tomorrow, today. Get your Ark together.

If your relationship with God is nonexistence or casual, it is time to turn to God with your whole heart. Christ the Redeemer is knocking; it is time to let him in. Wherever you are, you can reach out to him from your heart in sincere repentance, and he will save you and show you what you must to do.

Now get up and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do." Acts 9:6

What Are You Bowing to?

In Matthew 4:8-9, the scripture says, "Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me."

We just read the above text, what do you see? The title of my message is "What Are You Bowing to?" What catches your attention most may distract or misdirect your life. And, what you bow to can either make or unmake you.

We just read how the devil presented to Jesus the offer of the kingdoms of the world and their glory, and yet, Jesus was not moved by what he saw to bow his head or knees in respect or worship. That reveals the kind of Spirit Christ had and his focus. Not everyone can see such wealth and material glory, and not immediately submit especially in this our materialistic age. You know what I am talking about; most people today look for individuals or churches with wealth and earthly glory to submit to, irrespective of their moral and spiritual stand. Today, so many Christians define grace in material achievements and so, whatever glitters is taken for gold or God. What a deception!

The same individuals calling you their mentor, when they don't see "gold" in the process, forget it, you won't see them. They keep moving from pillar to post looking for what is not lost because their orientation is wrong. May God have mercy on this generation. Just too many Esau's', Balaam's, Judas Iscariot's and Gehazi's everywhere.

In fact, in some places, there is a need for a retraining program for so many operating with the titles of Pastor, Bishop, General overseer, Apostle, and Prophet because of the wrong orientation they have and some inherited from those they submitted to as their spiritual fathers. If a spiritual father is a hustler, what do you expect from his followers?

The retraining program I am talking about must be a real reorientation and mental/ spiritual "detoxification" process to get the junk out. It is one of the ways to clean up the mess in the church today, but how many can humble themselves to go through such reorientation program? That is the multimillion-dollar question. The misconceptions about the gospel and what the kingdom of God is about is so great that something really needs to happen to get this generation of believers on track.

Let's get back to our message! The devil came with the above temptation to Jesus when he was just about stepping into his ministry. And, at that phase, every individual who has passed through it knows it is a time to expect divine provision for the vision. That was when the devil planned his attack, but instead of yielding, Jesus rose above the test and rebuked the devil. Matt 4: 10.

May God help us-ooooh, men, women and children of God. Not every money is God's provision, some are traps. Not every individual who comes to partner with you is pure in heart, some are agents of darkness looking for ways to destroy your ministry. Not every financial or material offer for the work of God should be accepted and invested into the ministry. Not every favor is God's blessings, not every open door is God's promise. Some so-called breakthroughs may be breakdowns. May the Lord give us discernment; these are days of gross darkness, and the devil now has a Ph.D. attached to his name for effective operations. What are we bowing to? Watch out for part 2! Cheers! DrBenard Etta

And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them. Luke 17:23

You have to leave the crowd to lead the crowd. When you go after what everyone seems to be chasing, you will become like "everyone" and your identity will be lost in the crowd. Great leaders stand out! Great Souls are not scared to walk the path of truth alone even when it isn't popular. You know when God is no more in a thing by the popularity of the thing with a majority of people.

Christ said,"And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them." Can the emerging leaders say Amen!

Listen! You don't need Saul's armor. The fact that everyone seems to be following a particular trend doesn't make it right or needful. Several times you will be told, "that is where it is happening." "That is what everybody is doing to grow their ministries and churches."The Lord sent me to someone reading this post to tell you, "Go not after them, nor follow them."

That's the little secret the Lord taught me as the key to having an enduring ministry, which doesn't just build earthly tabernacles but can leave a profound impact on present and future generations.

I asked a question to ministers at a meeting in Dallas Texas some years back. The question was, "how many people are placing demands on your tapes and books outside your local church and how many people will ask for your tapes and books 100 years after you have gone?

After the program, a young minister confessed to me that the question challenged him to have a rethink about ministry.

If you want to retire and expire sooner than expected, all you have to do is to follow what everybody is doing and running to where everyone is running to.

Show me a great leader whose lives and impact will outlast his/her time, and I will show you someone who is different. I will show you someone who doesn't follow the crowd but has a clear sense of direction.

In some quarters of the Pentecostal movement, the church has turned into a massive multi-million dollar enterprise where new methods for cheap publicity, popularity, exponential growth, shortcuts to fame, wealth, and others are being manufactured and marketed locally, nationally and globally.

It seems gospel ministers are now ranked by titles, the size of church auditorium, number of awards, political connections, stocks, where the first lady goes for holidays, the number of cars, aircraft, and others. So, to belong to the who-who is about striving to acquire the above for recognition and membership in the "Sanhedrin." As a result, so many young emerging leaders are under pressure with their congregations just to meet up and to join the club.

If no one told you, let me make it very clear, God is not a part of such manmade standards neither is he a part of anything done for vain glory, carnal competition, ego, and cheap popularity, etc.

If you need my advice, I'll refer you to the words of Christ. "And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there: go not after them, nor follow them." Luke 17:23. "Whoever has ears to hear, let them hear." Remain connected! DrBenard Etta

The name "Church" has been hijacked and is being used as a label to hide individuals dubious ambitions and shady deals. I have little respect for most of the newly created Pentecostal and charismatic churches spring up everywhere today.

Most of these churches are led by delinquent youths who have never submitted to anyone in the faith, even to their parents, talkless of having any real testimony of our thorough walk with the Lord; yet, they parade themselves as Apostles and Prophets. Some of them promote themselves as spiritual fathers. What a joke!

I weep for those leaders in the body of Christ that endorse these ones because of tithes and financial seeds they sow. The gospel landscape is tainted by this brood of vipers who are ready to prophesy blessing to anyone including arm robbers, prostitutes, and politically corrupt henchmen as long as they donate to the church.

Who are those building some of our church houses? Occultic fat cats, corrupt politicians, drug dealers, etc., who have no plans to serve God, but are occupying high positions in church because of their financial contributions. No doubt, the church is now debating on issues like Gay marriage, which the Bible outrightly condemns.

When the donors are Gays, occultists, and corrupt politicians, what do you expect from the pulpit?

This is another phase of my protest against modern-day pseudo-churches. Just like Martin Luther the reformer, I'm getting ready with my 99 points to nail on the doors of our modern Pentecostal and charismatic churches. We need a clean-up campaign. Silence no more! So help me God!DrBenard Etta

For What Shall It Profit A Man If He Gain The Whole World & Lose His Soul.Mark 8:36.

Greetings from Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. My dear mentees and FB friends, I'm led to share this piece with you all. Read and share your thoughts!

In God's perspective, there is a difference between gain and profit. You can make huge "gains" without profiting anything if what you lose in the process is more valuable than what you gained. Look at the above scripture and may the Lord grant you understanding. To gain the world and lose one's soul is not profitable because the value of a soul is more than the whole world.

The church is supposed to measure profit not in monetary or material terms, but in the souls rescued and empowered. For instance, if a church spends $10.000.00 USD for a conference or crusade and expects to make $15.000.00 USD or more, it's humanistic wisdom, not kingdom. Don't get me wrong!

There is nothing bad if God blesses a program with more financial blessings than what was invested in organizing it. However, when it becomes a perpetual expectation of making financial gains whenever a church hosts a program, then something is stinking. Kingdom people invest money but count their profit in the number of souls saved not money raised. I know I'm already casting out devils.

Listen! We need money to do God's work, but we must be careful not to make money the ultimate expectation of every mission we undertake for God. Some preachers only go to places where they can raise great offerings, and so, villages, towns, and cities without strong currency remain in the dark.

God has to deliver us; even those in the ministry God has given so much material and financial strength, at times, they only go to where they can make more money instead of where they can use their money to save souls.

There is "gain" that leads to loss.

Gain (the world) -Minus-your Soul=No Profit. "Gain" in the world's perspective is measured in monetary and material benefit, profit in God's perspective is measured in the value of souls saved and empowered.

The church needs a fresh perspective of what success and profits are about; it seems the world's values have invaded the church. Listen! If you spend money and save a soul without making money in the process, you have made "profit." You may ask, how would the ministry be sustained if money is not gained from every kingdom endeavor?

God will provide! He may sometimes provide through those you are impacting, but he can also provide from an inspired idea or someone/ somewhere you least expected.

In this times of great economic pressure, may God help us not to confuse making "gain" with making "profit." The church is losing credibility because of the mindset of making money through every kingdom endeavor we undertake. I remember in 2013 after the Great Lake Summit held in Kampala Uganda, I told a minister friend how powerful the program was, and he thought I was referring to the money I got from Uganda. When I told him what we spent and the fact that I left Kampala without $2. 00 USD, but was very excited, he told me, he can't do such ministry work. Guess what! God blessed me later where I bestowed no labor.

When Christ spoke about the harvest, he wasn't talking about the money we can raise anytime we go out for ministry work, but the souls we can save and empower. The legends of faith lose money to save souls, but we seem to be saving money while losing souls. We need to repent if the world we are preaching to would repent. I rest my case! DrBenard Etta

THE CHURCH IN A STATE OF EMERGENCY!

(Restoring the apostolic order is the way forward)

And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone. Eph 2:20

In a situation where just anyone can oversee churches, anyone can declare themselves Chief Apostle or Apostle, Senior Prophet or Prophet, Chief Bishop, etc., and individuals operating as gospel ministers, do so without any Apostolic oversight is best described as "a state of emergency." That is where the church finds herself right now! The church of Jesus Christ is presently in a "state of emergency" and heaven isn't going to allow that to continue. The kingdom of God has its order, and it should be known and respected by anyone who desires to function in it as personnel.

When a genuine move of God invades a city or nation, it will lead to the reduction in the number of churches and not vice versa. A city does not need more than ten ministries or churches to turn it around, and a nation doesn't need a multitude of churches for its transformation. The church, church, church, church, church, church, church "syndrome" on every street corner is not "revival" but the expression of personal ambitions in disguise, coupled with a degree of religious insanity.

Why establish a church or ministry when what you are offering is similar to what everyone around is doing? Why not affiliate and work in a team than running a church without any clear, unique and specific mandate from the Lord? Can Cameroonian Pastors in Maryland USA say Amen! I'll reserve my comments on that for personal consumption.

There are specific unique characteristics those called to oversee churches for the expansion of the Kingdom carry. It is wise to serve as an associate minister within a congregation or to bring your church fellowship/ ministry under Apostolic oversight than to operate a church without divine leadership. Running a church is much more than noise making and releasing proclamations on people weekly coined as prophecies. God's people need more than that!

I couldn't sleep without expressing these thoughts! I may have lost some friends by writing this, but I really don't care anymore. The situation is getting desperate every passing hour, and it is just too late for soft talk while things are degenerating.

If ten ministers truly assigned to a city come together to discuss strategy to subdue the city and to turn it into a territory of God's Kingdom guided by thorough apostolic oversight, there is just nothing that can stop them. The reason it isn't happening now is that anyone can just open a church and declare themselves chief Apostle or Apostle and Senior Prophet or Prophet, thereby shutting the doors for real apostolic oversight. When an individual declares himself an Apostle when he isn't, submitting to real apostolic oversight will be a challenge. It is the same for all other functions in the body of Christ. Pride goes with a false assumption of oneself.

In the apostolic area of the early church, the expansion of the church wasn't done in disorder, but with the help of the Holy Spirit, under the effective coordination and oversight of Apostolic leadership. Philip went to Samaria and preached Christ, and the city was greatly impacted. When the Apostles in Jerusalem heard of the success of Philip's evangelistic outreach, they sent Peter and John who were Apostolic leaders to strengthen the work. Philip, with all the anointing in his life, was still functioning under the oversight of Apostolic leadership, ACTS 8. Can this happen today?

Remember, Peter and John were Pillars of the church, not pillows. Apostolic leadership is not a self-appointment or a function of human ordination, but a divine office based on God's election of grace. And, while Peter and John continued from where Philip ended, the Lord transported Philip to Gaza to meet with the eunuch of Ethiopia. If the work of God then were as dysfunctional as it is today in several quarters, Philip wouldn't have left a city God gave him such a spiritual harvest. In fact, some in ministry today would have made Samaria their headquarters.

Brethren! We are in a state of spiritual chaos right now in the body of Christ. The " state of emergency alert" is higher than it has ever been. We need to seek the Lord for the restoration of true Apostolic Order in the body of Christ to guide the church out of her present quagmire. There are so many parading themselves as apostles, who are not. Rev 2:2. May God help us! Don't Miss the school of the Word! Enrol Today!

You can't solve a problem if you are a part of the problem. The strategy of the forces of darkness to silence anyone is to make the individual a part of the problem the person was destined to solve. The devil has no business stopping anyone from preaching or starting a church or ministry; her goal is to make you a victim of what you were to change via your preaching or ministry. The intent is to render the ministry of anyone who becomes her victim of no consequence. Leaving the individual busy with ministry activities, but changing nothing, and active, but not effective. Could this be the devil's assault weapon against those in places of leadership in ministry today?

I rather not have a ministry or church than to have one, which has no consequence. It's better to do nothing than to be active, but not productive. Ministry that only offers a minister the opportunity to live a better life, but does n't change anything in his or her community is useless. If the presence of a church in a city makes no positive difference, then the absence of that church is better than its presence. The impact of a ministry or church in a community shouldn't be measured by the prosperity of its leader, but by the quality of transformation, it brings to the city.

STRATEGY FOR UNCOMMON IMPACT!

1) Hide Thyself, (1 Kings 17:3)

2) Show Yourself (1 Kings 18:1)

You can't accomplish much in your nation or generation if you don't understand the above strategy. There is a time to "hide;" no posters, handbills, billboards, TV or Radio programs anywhere, nor conferences, etc. If you think, the ministry is all about being in the public eye every day; you may find yourself someday in the public eye, but with nothing substantial to offer, leading to an irreversible descent into irrelevance.

"Hide Thyself."
Can the young people in ministry today accept to go away from the public eye for three and a half years as Elijah did with the kind of anointing Elijah carried on his life? I wonder-ooooh! Won't they be afraid of losing their spot in the public eye? Many emerging ministers are "bleeding and losing blood" because of wounds they have incurred in the battle, instead of moving away from the public eye, their ego keeps them going as walking deads.

The decade 2000-2010, the Lord used my life and ministry to launch a new era of ministry impact in Cameroon, which led to a significant transformation of lives and the rise of many young voices. But after the year 2010, the Lord told me to do what Elijah did (Hide thyself). It stirred up so much controversy because most people don't walk in wisdom nor understand kingdom strategy for uncommon impact.

When Elijah reappeared after three and a half years of being totally out of the public eye, he turned the nation of Israel back to God in a single day. There are some of you running and doing many things just to impress the public when you were to be in hiding, preparing for a real onslaught against the forces of darkness in your city and nation. You want to please people, forgetting that they didn't call you, and you aren't "a man of the people," but a man of God. So, what people think and say, shouldn't be what you worry about.

Listen! Battles are not won by strength, but by divine strategy. Those who have ears have heard twice even though I have spoken once.Dr.Benard Etta

And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. Gen: 1:3

What most of us think is that when God said: "let there be light," that was when "light" came into existence. I thought that also for several years until when God opened my understanding to the revelation of truth.

Now, take away the phrase "And God said, Let there be light," what you will have is the phrase, ''and there was light." If this is all you have, what will be the reading? It implies that light has been in existence, even when darkness covered the face of the earth. All God did was to bring it forth by making the right move when he said, LET THERE BE LIGHT! It is like calling someone in a dark room to come. The person is already in the house but needs to be called to present himself.

If someone calls you and you came, it does not mean you were not existing, and merely came into existence when called. No! You existed but only appeared after being invited. Listen! Whatever you are expecting in life is existing. In fact, if it weren't existing, you wouldn't have it. Trying to get something which isn't existing is but fantasy. If it isn't existing, then you shouldn't expect to have it. As God made a move to call for light from the womb of existence, so we have to make certain moves to bring into manifestation what has already existed with our names written on it.

Life is all about accepting responsibility to bring things forth. Nothing happens by chance; it's an assertion in physics that "AN OBJECT IS AT REST UNTIL A FORCE IS APPLY TO IT." That means objects don't move by themselves without an application of force to move them. Remember, four leprous men at the gate of Samaria said to themselves, "Why sit we here until we die?" They decided to make a move and by doing so, they discovered that what they were looking for was already waiting for them.

You can't imagine the enormous power you can activate if you decide to make a move to achieve what you desire. Prayer is good if it is part of a broader strategy to receive what it takes to make things happen. Praying without taking steps will turn anyone, any day into a prey. Some reading this article may be sitting and doing nothing, but expecting the unexpected. That is nothing but superstition. It does not work that way anywhere even in heaven.

Those who sit and do nothing to improve their lives and to get to their dreams, end up as "statutes." Nothing stinks like stagnant water! It is time to go for what you want; aspire to acquire what you desire. It is already waiting for you, but you have to make the right moves. AMAZINGLY! WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR, IS LOOKING FOR YOU. I wish you a great week. Cheers! DrBenard Etta

Exploring the "World"of the Word!

There is a "wealth" of knowledge and wisdom only accessible via the word of God. You can't find such in any secular institution irrespective of the academic quality of the establishment. That's the reason the world is in the chaos we see today.

Every human misery and perplexity have its breakthrough in the word of God. But it takes someone to ascend into the realm of revelation to show the way forward.

The word of God doesn't only exist for us to claim promises or to dish out proclamations on a crowd of "Christians who have refused to grow out of danger." The word of God contains the knowledge of God. Do you know what that means? "The knowledge of God" is different from "the knowledge about God." There is knowledge available to ordinary humans, and knowledge reserved for "gods." What does this mean? Read the text below!

If he called them gods to whom the word of God came and the Scripture cannot be broken. John 10:35. Ponder!

Listen! The whole idea of Christ coming to earth wasn't to make us religious but to give us access to the God life man lost in the fall. The God life feeds and grows only by the word revealed as we walk with God via the help of the Holy Spirit. "The word of God is the world of God." It was this understanding that gave birth to the subject "Biblical Chemistry." Imagine God in your shoes, what would he do and what knowledge and wisdom would he express? Ponder!

"We are in a transition in the body of Christ at the moment.A shift is taking place, and it is crucial for every Kingdom citizen to seek the knowledge of the word on the above shift.

Come October, "Global Faith Coalition International Online School Of The Word," will begin a six-month online Advanced Diploma Course in "Biblical Chemistry," a revolutionary course, unravelling the "world" in the word.
